onOne of my biggest pet peeves about taking my car to a dealership is that I have taken a vehicle to a dealership and was then surprised to find that they had performed unrequested or unauthorized service. Every time I’ve had my car serviced at South Point Honda they always give me an up front estimate of the work I want done and an estimated time when it would be done. That’s the way it should be done.
