    There absolutely no dislikes with this car buying experience. I was in out under 3 hours with a brand new car. Told them what I needed and they set the bar high. They went above and beyond to meet what I can pay monthly and still took care of me. Would recommend to friend family hell even someone I don’t like. Go down and get taken care of.

    Took in for warranty part replacement, had to order part took less than a week which is amazing. Took it in when they called had fixed in couple hours, found problem air bag system, having to order part still waiting. Need to call on status.

    Took my Jeep Wrangler in for oil change and tire rotation. Also asked about a broken part on the visor. Service dear staff was courteous and professional. Got service done faster than quoted time and found that part is under warranty and was ordered for me. Best service I’ve ever had from a dealership.

    I dropped my 2017 jeep renegade off to be diagnosed and have some software updates ran. NICOLE is AWESOME, she took care of any questions or concerns I had and made sure to make everything right! Clayton was also a big help he reviewed the diagnostic reports with me and made sure I understood what was wrong and what needed to be fixed!

    Took my Jeep Cherokee into the service dept. Nicole helped me. She was outstanding. Was able to expedite my oil change and reseal my oil pan leak. Took 3 hours. This dealership is phenomenal!

    They were quick to get my truck diagnosed. Only offered one price on the part I needed while another one was available for half price (I figured that out on my own). Lied to me at least 4 times that I’m positive about, possibly more, in regards to warranty availability. I don’t trust them, will never use them again and will tell everyone I know what a horrible business it is.

    $1047 to fix an oil leak seems like too much. Especially when care was not taken to pressure wash the undercarriage so a determination could be made as to whether the leak was in fact repaired. So a second trip to the shop was required. During this trip (kept overnight) the spare tire cover came up missing. Much of the frustration could have been avoided if there was an easy way to call. Voicemails were not returned.

    My Jeep has received service from Bob Howard Jeep since 2007. The service manager I now have, as of this last visit, is Clayton. In all these years I have "never" had a better, more conscientious, caring and efficient service manager than this young man. He addressed my problems and concerns with haste and accuracy! He communicated throughout the process which kept me from stressing out. He had my vehicle ready in less than 48 hours which was greatly appreciated. I was treated with respect and concern. Thank you Clayton. You will be my go-to guy when I need more repairs down the line.

    I first checked in with my app. Set up my car waiting for the technician to show up because I requested to speak with one. Got out of my car was not greeted whatsoever by Nicole who had been outside and seen me sitting in my car. After getting out of my car I did approach one of the other guys that worked in the area who was headed towards another car. He said go ahead and pull your car up into the bay so it will register this you're here. Nicole could have told me that while she was standing next to me at the other car. Anyway I was asked what services I was going to receive today. I told them what I had scheduled online and then added that my tire sensor instructed me that I needed to have services completed on it which I noted on my app when I scheduled the appointment. Tire sensor did not get checked said it probably wasn't covered under my warranty and I would have to figure that out. Car did get washed but it was not vacuumed out. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience for them on that day.

    Great dealership! However, when mistakes are made the dealership should do whatever possible to satisfy the customer. I was informed my vehicle was ready for pickup on Friday evening. When I arrived, after a 30 minute drive, I was told they had me mixed up with another customer and that my vehicle would not be ready until the following day. The next day, when they called and said my vehicle was ready, I asked if they would deliver my vehicle to me and I was told no, then yes if I could take their driver back to the dealership (again, an hours drive up there and back) - I believe the dealership should have delivered my vehicle in an effort to apologize for inconveniencing me the day before. All the staff were very kind and personable. They just did not see the need to really satisfy the customer because of the mistake that was made.

    services were completed, time frame given was about an hour and a half at the latest, took 3 hours to complete. individual who checked me in and the other individual who checked me out clearly didn’t understand my request, i typically deal with the jeep service side of this dealership not really a fan of the service center they use for their other brands.
