    The sales person in the service Dept was great however the service itself was very unsatisfactory. I went in for an oil change and my tire sensor out. They didn’t change the sticker in my windshield for my next oil change nor did they check/ fix my tire sensor so I still have no idea if tires are actually low or damaged without checking them.

  • Never Again

    Scheduled an oil change and wiper replacement online. Oil change was $39 and wiper replacement $25. The bill was $140. When I asked whiny it was so high, I was told because I didn’t tell them how much it was, they had no way of knowing? My response was “why is it the customers responsibility to tell you the price if your services?” My keys were thrown towards me and I was told to just get out. Even after walking through the booking process and showing them the price, I was told to just leave. I have always serviced my vehicle here but will never step foot back in this location.

    Took my vehicle in, for a break inspection and to get maintenance service done. My service advisor Clayton was great to work with, he took time to explain things to me and made me feel that my vehicle was important to them as it is me.

    Requested service cause I thought my Extended Warranty coverage was for everything and ended up paying for nothing, cause my vehicle is not fixed! I will never buy from this dealership again and have my vehicle serviced at Bob Howard!

  • Sadly POOR service

    Very poor communication on service center’s part. I am so disappointed in the lack of transparency and honesty. I brought my vehicle in and told the service center that my radiator in my Jeep was leaking antifreeze. The service center stated my radiator was fine because a pressure test was ran. The service center said my AC condenser needed replaced and would cost $1800. The very next day the service center called and stated there was a pinhole leak in radiator also. I asked to get second opinion and the service technician put me on a 2 minute hold and then returned to the call to state that the radiator was now leaking heavily. The service center stated the radiator needed replaced and an added $800 would be charged. I do not believe there was transparency in diagnosing issue. We felt ignored that we brought the vehicle in and told the technician that the radiator was leaking antifreeze. I am in disbelief that a pressure test was even ran. We were promised the car would be fixed the next day and that turned out NOT to be true. We were never communicated with on the progress of fixing our vehicle.

    When I saw an online offer from Bob Howard Ram for a $19.95 synthetic oil change and tire rotation and multi-point inspection I couldn’t believe it. Neither could a friend of mine who immediately opined, “That’s too good: It has to be a bait and switch!” So today I went online to make an appointment using that service special and was able to get the car in only 2 hours later, which I found amazing in itself; and the dealership did everything they said they would service and more and even gave me a delightful surprise at the end. The service adviser was incredible! I am happy to prove my friend wrong!

  • Passing Through Town Oil Leak Jan 2022

    Nicole in the service department is the reason I give them a 5 star. She knew my situation passing through town on the coldest days of the year, who knew that a 2017 Rubicon would have an oil filter housing that doesn’t like cold weather and cracks, they quickly diagnosed the issue, worked me in that evening and got me rolling again. SHE was great. I know the service team was probably hurrying to get me in and done, but they forgot to connect a couple of vacuum hoses and left the plastic engine cover in the back floorboard. But due to Nicole’s service, she pulled my rating to a 5. My next vehicle will be an electric so I won’t have to worry about engine oil. My Thanks to Nicole and the entire service department for going above and beyond for me that night. No drips in sight, thanks to your team.

  • Poor complaint options

    The good: Was able to set up my service appointment with ease. After service was completed, My vehicle was ready the same day. The Bad: Had a minor issue after getting home with vehicle and called the dealership ship. Not able to reach service adviser when calling in. Voice male boxes full. Transferred me around multiple times. Got tired of going through the press this and press that to get nowhere. Finely gave up.
