Coming… back for the add on items later in the week was just as flawless--they had loaner car for me and took care of my vehicle--got a call 2 days later and I picked it up the following evening after work. No issues. Friendly folks and I was extremely happy. This was not my first Ford dealer that I had visited--I had left another due to their inability to find a vehicle that I was interested in as well as treat me fairly. I am glad that I went to Kerry--I'll definitely go back AND recommend to others.Excellent Experiece

Highly recommend this dealer in the Cincinnati area. Did all the work online via… Ford.com site for the financing approval so I knew going in what I could afford. Paperwork signing was a breeze. by John1234 on 04/13/2018Me and the gf went to Kerry Ford about one month ago to trade in a 2012 Acura Tl that we bought there one year ago. We spoke to Bruce. We explained to him what we wanted to do and the payment we wanted to stay around. He had us test drive a… 2014 Explorer that had some issues , there was a knocking noise when Bruce started it up, there was some bondo work on the rear hatch and the hood was paint chipping real bad. Explained all the issues to him. He then looked over the car and said he could give us 10,000 for it and that if we waited for Joel to come in that he maybe able to do more this was on a Saturday night. Bruce said he would contact us on Sunday if not then he would on Monday. Well 3 weeks later we heard nothing. We both went to opening day and happened to see another guy we know there that works at Kerry and explained to him out issue. The next day I received a message from Bruce on Facebook asking us if we were still interested in a Explorer. I sent him a message back explaining our fustration that he should have contacted us not 3 weeks later. I explained to him I would talk with the girlfriend and see what she wanted to do. I messaged him back a day later and asked him when he and Joel would be there he said Saturday after 12. Saturday came around we went up there and talked to him about what we wanted to do and he said that he would see what he would do. The only Explorer they had was the one that we test drove a month ago that had a lot of issues said he would have to do better on the price if they were going to fix the issues. He took her car back to someone to look over it again but this time they said they would give 9000 for it. Still would not budge on the explore with the issues. Again we explained to Bruce and now Chris that she didnt want to go over 350 a month payment so we signed a letter/ offer sheet. So Bruce ran Amanda's report and Joel told him he could get her approved but she would have double apr then what she has now and a payment of 450 a month. Bruce told me that in order to get the payment she wants I have to co-sign again. I said you know you can get her approved , and I dont want you to come back and say the payment is 354 or 356 it has to stay under 350. Bruce said to me Amanda and Chris yes Joel says he can do it. He asked me what my score was and I said between 650 and 670, he proceeded to say no worries then. My score came back at a 693. After 5.5 hours of being there Bruce says the banks are closed that Joel will have to work on it Monday and that he would call us in the afternoon. One pm came around and no call, so I sent a message to Bruce on Facebook asking him if there was a update. He read it right away and nothing was said all day. Monday night Amanda called Bruce and had to leave a message. Tuesday came around and still no call Amanda decided to call again and was able to get a hold of Bruce he said he was busy yesterday and that Joel is off today that we would have to call Bruce tomorrow to find an update. I contracted Joel on Facebook and explained to him our fustration that no one is calling us or letting us know anything. I called Wednesday to speak to Bruce only to find out that he is off. I have bought 4 cars from Kerry Ford and GMC in the past hence why i keep going back. I dont normally write reviews but this is the second time ive had a issue of the last two cars I purchased. Please view yelp for all the horror stories.Mostly pleased

by Jackaroo on 03/10/2018They don't even deserve one star! My sister and I went to drive and buy a used car she was pre approved through her credit union they were made aware of this. They only wanted to talk about what she wanted her payment to be which should not… have been an issue she was pre approved for her own loan. Needless to say it was very obvious they were selling her the car based on payment not sales price. They came to the table with an offer of $250.00 per month on a 14700.00 care for 60 months and she had a trade that had a trade in value of 6500.00 sales tax would have been 7.25%. 250 a month x 60 months is 15,000.00 she would have paid at least 6 grand too much did that car! One thing that bothered me was how the price of the car was advertised on the internet. The price listed was based on the assumption I… would trade in my 2007 or newer car, and that I would fiance at 6.9%. This was listed on the internet but in small print, so I felt it was a bit deceptive. A better way to list the price would be without those contingencies, and indicate the price would be even lower with a trade in and with financing. Also, my parking brake has some slack in it and needs to be adjusted.Check out Kerry Ford

A ‘17 Focus ST in a yellow so bright it could hurt your eyes. Overall a nice experience. We had… initially brought in a form that said we would get a $1,000 gift card. Didn’t find out we weren’t getting it until after the purchase took place. Apparently you can only use 1 discount or offer per purchase. It makes sense, just wish we would’ve known before the end of the deal. Kelsey was very nice and seemed to care about us getting what we wanted. Only other gripe would be the car wasn’t washed before we drove home but I think that is because it was so late.Great sales team

by themanmans on 09/13/2016The Springdale location is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car and we will never be back. From the moment we started negotiating, they were difficult and shady and ended up trying to screw us out of everything they'd… promised us. From the price agreement, to removing stickers on the jeep, to giving us a hardtop (they tried to give us one that didn't even fit the jeep!), all of it they tried to back out of. Not only that but they wouldn't answer our phone calls or get back to us and we had to drive all the way up to the dealership (over an hour drive) to get them to respond. They were also verbally disrespectful to my dad and myself. My main regret in dealing with them is that I didn't walk out on them and just let them sue me for the money, based on principle. No one should be treated that way when they're paying that much money for something. And when a company has issues like theirs, it's top down, so we would never go back...not even for an amazing deal.new ford edge 2015 purchase

I bought a new Explorer for my wife and was very impressed with the level of service that I got. I must have asked him a million questions for about… an hour straight!!; on the Explorer as well as a new GMC Acadia and Mitsubishi Outlander. I was simply amazed that he wasn't pushy ever!!; was extremely knowledgeable and got me an outstanding deal! Now my wife has the Limited Explorer of her dreams and I am one happy man!! My salesman Tony Villani was wonderful and went out oh his way to make my… purchase easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable and had great customer service! Would recommend him to evryone. Bait and Switch
by uppity1 on 01/09/2015So I went into Kerry Ford on December 30th to test drive a new car and see what type of deal I could work out being the end of the year. Sales staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and my entire car buying experience was rather… easy and enjoyable to be honest. Took delivery of my car and was extremely satisfied. About 5 days later I get a call from Jason Richmond the sales manager telling me that there were some paper work problems and I needed to come back to the dealership to help them solve the problem. I kindly ask what the problem is and was informed that the paperwork has the wrong VIN number on it?? Ok at this point I believe maybe they did make a mistake as there was another car with same color but different features on the lot. I go out to the garage check my VIN number against the paperwork and behold it matches. I kindly call Jason back to inform him that the error must be on their end as my paperwork and VIN numbers match. I then get a call back from Jason saying that he had to look at my paperwork and that their seemed to be an issue with the Price of the car now not the VIN and that I received the car below the selling price I was suppose to get?? He tells me that if I can just come in and sign some new paperwork it will only be about $15 more per month. I kindly inform him that I am not going to pay anymore for the car I signed a contract and already paid for the down payment and approved the loan. This goes on for literally about a 15 minute high pressure conversation where he threatens me that Ford wont accept the contract, I wont be able to get the title for the car, and that wouldn't I rather pay $15 more a month rather than returning the car? I kindly inform him that I wont be doing any of that and if I need to I will get my lawyer involved. So far they have left me alone but this experience has ruined this dealership for me I would never purchase another vehicle from them. by lee_man on 02/26/2012updated 07/24/2025Saw an ad on TV for 10K off 2011 F150. Looked around on internet and called and the guy offered 12K off. When it sound too good to be true it usually is. Got there and the person I spoke to wasn't there. They assigned my Salesperson and we… set down to talk. Told him upfront I wasn't buying tonight and I had 1:45 min to discuss before I had to leave and pickup my kids. He wrote down my information and then told me he couldn't help me tonight and I would have to come bad tomorrow. I asked told him I wanted to get the financial details tonight and if we agreed I would be back in the morning. They refused to give me pricing and told me to come back tomorrow. I ended up going back and they tried to low ball me on my trade-in, told me they could only honor the 10k ad, but to do that I had to finance with them at 10% interest. For a person with an 800 credit score that is crazy. After going round and round they upped my score, got less than the advertisement (around 8 off) and 2.9% interest through other financing. During the discussions they told me the rebate didn't affect the interest rate but also told me I couldn't take the rebate without the interest rate. He also told me if I didn't take it he could get me lower interest through the same ford lender. They are crooked. I was OK with the financing I got, but you need to know what you are walking into and be persistent. After wards is where the fun starts. I had issues with the door weather stripping the next day and called them 2 days after purchase notifying them. I sent pictures and they said they ordered the parts and would call me when they arrived (2 days approx.). They then called the next week asking me to take the card down so they could look at the issue. We recalling the prior discussion the salesperson told me he was new and they couldn't do that and I would need to bring the truck down. So I took the truck down. The parts were not in stock. The service guy tried to blame me for breaking the trim and after arguing he told me he would order the parts and when they arrive (approx. 2 days) they would call me to bring the truck in. A week later after no call I called them and was told there was no record of me in the system. They transferred me back to my sales person (who wasn't in) and then I was transferred to the sales Manager. He told me he would make sure it was taken care of and would call me first thing in the morning to make sure the correct part is ordered. No call the next day. Called him the day after and was told that the dealership is the busiest in the area and he didn't get a chance to call be (BS). He then said he had something personal to take care of real quick and would call me back in 30 min. It's now midnight and there was no call. Ohh. and did I mention that during every call I was asked if I had received my survey. I was also told at one point to bring it in and they would fill it out for me. At this point I cancelled my extended warranty, called Kings Ford and met with a nice fellow in service who made sure I was taken care of. I will never deal with Kerry Ford again.

UPDATE: Now we are trying to pay off our balance in full (less than a month after buying the car) and they are trying to charge us an extra $1500 that was not on our original contract. This organization cannot get it together. Here's who we worked with: Justin, Mark, Cooper and Adam. Joel Cooperstein (the GM) has never gotten back to us, even after several attempts of us trying to reach him. His note on Google was apparently just for show because there has been no follow-thru.
