We came in late, didn’t expect to get helped the way we did. Ended up getting what we wanted for our trade and getting the car we wanted! A ‘17 Focus ST in a yellow so bright it could hurt your eyes. Overall a nice experience. We had initially brought in a form that said we would get a $1,000 gift card. Didn’t find out we weren’t getting it until after the purchase took place. Apparently you can only use 1 discount or offer per purchase. It makes sense, just wish we would’ve known before the end of the deal. Kelsey was very nice and seemed to care about us getting what we wanted. Only other gripe would be the car wasn’t washed before we drove home but I think that is because it was so late.
