Car that I saw online was waiting when I arrived. got to speak with the parts department and ask about additional items and the costs to install. when we finally talked numbers, we came to an agreement and the sale was finalized. Coming back for the add on items later in the week was just as flawless--they had loaner car for me and took care of my vehicle--got a call 2 days later and I picked it up the following evening after work. No issues. Friendly folks and I was extremely happy. This was not my first Ford dealer that I had visited--I had left another due to their inability to find a vehicle that I was interested in as well as treat me fairly. I am glad that I went to Kerry--I'll definitely go back AND recommend to others.
