To be honest, when my wife and I arrived at the dealership we were somewhat put off by the lack of customer service. We were told later by someone (after standing there for over 10 minutes) that we were in the wrong section. Once we did get to the correct department people were mostly friendly. Overall it started off rocky but ended well.
