Worst lexus dealer in NE - just stay away
by sehkon on 07/23/2015Humiliated by a sales person named Joe Youseuf - went for a test drive and he just WALKED OUT on us when asked to show us the 3rd row back seat access. HE LEFT US stranded on the parking lot - and had the nerve to tell us to go inside… and ask for another person to help - as he was "done" with us HORRIBLE - UNPROFESSIONAL - this is the worst experience I has with ANy dealer in last 20 years of my car buying I think we Americans in general are now getting used to crass, non professional behaviour as part of daily life (from airlines to customer service) and this is exactly what Lexus is progressing to. In pursuit of perfection [non-permissible content removed] - in pursuit of humiliation (for potential buyers)Dear Sir/Madam: Whenever a concern is presented by a guest, Lexus of Route 10 looks to address those concerns immediately as we value both our relationships with our customers and their honest feedback on how we can continue our successful partnerships. I will not waste any intelligent readers time with a needless back-and-forth about your 10 minute interaction at our dealership. Rather, I will merely let your own words speak for you. You have accused Joe Yusufov, a Russian immigrant, of racism during your interaction. The following words are your very own, posted under your username on Google, regarding a local restaurant: I believe their main chef is gone and a Mexican prepares Indian food. So you pay $30 for mutton biriyani prepared by amigos. A quick call to Immigration/Home Land Security for illegal deportation is needed if this continues.Chilli chicken dish has NO chillies - not even a faint smell of that green spicy vegetable - who the hell is their chef now ? Your own words speak louder than any I can pen, and should provide readers an opportunity to render a judicious verdict of your review. by alestro on 05/18/2015Best leasing experience ever. 2015 Lexus CT200h From a moment I stepped in to a dealership to a signing a contract, took me maybe 2 hours. It included test drive, appraisal of my trade and price negotiation of my new car. The main thing… is I wasn't shopping for Lexus at all, I was looking for BMW, but somehow I received email from Lexus Route 10 and called. Over the phone I got very good price and went there on my way home. I got exceptional greeting and personal attention from Natalia Ojeda. But my case was a little difficult with negative trade (that I knew about it) and Pete Postorino was called to help us. In a 20 min. he checked all possible options and he got best price for me. Thank you! Wayne Liebeskind helped me with all financial documents. I came next day to bring my trade and pickup new car. Eric Lilienthal went me through all functions and options of my new Lexus, very helpful. Special thanks for Brad Vaill, he helped me a lot after I left a dealership. It was light delay with paperwork and Bread provided to me his direct phone number, so I could call him to get updates. He always answered me, made three way calls with me and my bank. He followed me until issue was resolved. They truly take care of their customers! Great team, great dealership, great customer service. Thank you all!!!Very Poor Customer Service
by jscott85 on 03/20/2015Recently bought a used GS350 - the car is great but the process was awful and the customer service is worse. They failed to perform outstanding recall work (or even inform us of it) prior to our purchase. The actual purchase took all day.… They promised all-weather mats and failed to provide them. They collected an excess amount for registration fees, promised to send a refund, and failed to do so for weeks. Worst of all, while negotiating the price, they upped their price online as we were speaking with them, which we later found was a tactic used over and over. Bottom line: a luxury dealership in the 21st century that does little more than uphold what I thought were only outdated stereotypes of used car salespeople. Find another Lexus dealership or be prepared!Smooth Purchase

by mfem2 on 07/13/2014Buying a pre-owned Lexus I stopped in Lexus of Route 10 ( the closest Lexus dealership to my home) just to ask about the difference between the 2012 and 2013 models. I had no intention of purchasing my car there. From a past experience 5… years ago, I found this dealership rather pricey and inflexible around pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find out while I was there that in the last 5 years the ownership has changed. It was quite apparent as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating. My salesman, Pete P, could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and a pleasure to work with. Because of his patience and lay back style, I wound up making an excellent purchase that very day. I could not be happier. Everyone at Lexus of Route 10 (financing and tech support) could not have been nicer or more helpful I would definitely recommend this dealership based on my experience. .Worth The Trip

I never DREAMED I'd be purchasing a car on Memorial Day, but then I hadn't met Julia R. This young lady knows her cars! She listened to my needs,… worked with me, and made it all come together so effortlessly. I love my pre-owned Lexus! I had visited other dealerships closer to my home, but the professionalism and patience from Julia R, Shyl P in the finance dept. and Marc B, the technology and delivery specialist, are all 10's in my book. They all continue to answer my questions and emails in a timely manner even a month after I purchased the car. How many other dealerships can say the same? Worth The TripFair Price and Easy
by lexrexblue on 08/17/2010What may seem like a great price from another dealer may have hidden or unlisted items. I have purchased 4 cars from Warnock. The first wasn't the cheapest but over the first year they provided many items free which would have equaled the… other price in the end. Nowadays it is customary to research prices and get quotes via the internet. I did that on my 2008. They matched the price and gave extras. No a lot of haggling did not take place. Most recently I requested quotes via several car sites. Some dealers wouldn't quote, others provided vague quotes for a "nicely equipped RX" and as it turned out the quotes from Warnock were the lowest and were specific for the exact options I wanted. In fact I had to make sure the back hatch would open in my garage. They let me take a loaner home to try it first. I had a bad experience with TriCounty Lexus on 2 cars. I submitted information to get quotes and specifically did not list my cell phone They call on your cell phone even after I requested that they not do it.I will not hassle you over $10

E.S was veryh polite and nice, he tried to push a lease on her (I sat there and listened). He did a billion calculations to get a… lease done. When she told him that if he mention lease again we would walk, he than calculated the price. MSRP $43,915 Sale price offered $42,300. At first sight looks great, but this is NJ where dealers were giving $5K off msrp. Asked him if he can do it for $42K he said, "I will not hassle you over $10, but this is my offer". Take the care now because tomorrow the price may be another. So we said we had a trade, he looked at it 06' Jeep GCK 36K miles and he said $10K for it. We were like we will return, as we left he said no problem, but I cant lock your price. After 5 days of internet searching and price checks, I had 4 offers on the same exact car for $39K, $39.5K, $39.7K and $40.3K and a minimum trade value guarateed of $12.5K. We called E.S and told him, we had 4 other offers, he said that the car was not the same as his and that he would check w/his boss and call back in 30 mins, 5 hours later when I was at the dealer closing the deal he calls and tell my mom that he would beat any price by $1k and that we should go back there. He would not hassle for $10 but he would lie to break a deal. Sorry you lost a sale and 3 customers since we sent 3 people to the dealer where I bought mine afterwards. I would never go back to Warnock in my lifetime again, this is a dealer for wealthy people who dont care about saving money and want a dealer 2 minutes from their mansion. I'm a frequent reader of the forums on Edmunds.com so I'm very familiar with the money factor and residuals available on the car. I initially called Warnock Lexus and was put in… touch with one of their internet sales managers who was very polite on the phone while I asked him what the current residual and money factor was on the IS250 for August, as I like to ask these questions to gauge the salesperson's honesty level. He quoted me a number that was very close to what the Edmunds.com host had posted on the forum (1.44% vs the correct number of 1.34%) and gave the correct residual. I then went in for a test drive and that went basically according to plan, except that I'm looking for the manual model and they "didn't have a demo in manual" so I wasn't able to take the car they offered (with a manual) out on the highway which is almost unacceptable. I then emailed the dealership the next morning with my offer but they countered and asked where I was getting my numbers from. I explained the entire deal, including MSRP, Cap Cost, Residual, MF, etc. Now the same salesperson, obviously forgetting what he had told me 24 hours earlier, said the interest rate was 2.5%. Now this is classic interest rate padding and it' really sad that a Lexus dealership, and Warnock is an "Elite" one, are playing this game. On top of this game, the salesperson also questioned the invoice pricing I got from the Edmunds.com website, and he explained that their dealership pays a different invoice price, which I found even more pathetic than the interest rate padding. I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership unless you like dealing with polite, but dishonest people.Great experience

We first contacted the dealership via the Internet and worked with Steven L. from Internet sales. He was… FANTASTIC to deal with. We did all of our negotiations via email and we came in once we had arrived at a price we were comfortable. I had done extensive research and knew we were getting a great deal. Steve was straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. The world would be a better place is all sales people were like him, but the professionalism and customer service did not stop there. The finance manager Donavan L. was very professional and explained all of the aspects of our financing thoroughly and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. finally our delivery specialist Taylor was awesome. She even setup my iPhone to link with the navigation system and apps suite in the car and literally walked me thought every feature. Taylor was really a delight and I know she has a very bright future ahead of her. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be sending all of our friends and family to Lexus of Route 10 for their next car.My experience at Lexus of Route 10

The service department has always given me a loaner when I needed to leave the car there. The salesman Scott Naft took extraordinary measures to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. Scott was excellent and… courteous, and took care of business. The finance manager Raza, was excellent as well, very courteous and patient explaining every detail along the way. Dominick, my sales person was very well versed in my new 2013 GS and Mari, the business manager… was great to deal with. Overall, a very pleasant, seamless purchase and great customer service.Great!

Initially I was nervous because I had to negotiate the price without first seeing the vehicle. Also,… this is not my usual Lexus dealership, but the dealership close to where I live did not have the exact CPO vehicle I wanted. So I was a little stressed because of these two factors. However Pete P. set my fears to rest. He is an absolute gem and really worked with me on the price so that we could make the deal happen. He was never pushy or overbearing, and there were no typical salesperson tactics or shenanigans. Do yourself a favor and ask for Pete. Lara B. made the financial process completely stress free even emailing me on HER DAY OFF to answer a question I had about interest rates. Now thats service! Thank you also to Marc Berger for going over the options of the vehicle so thoroughly and patiently. Much appreciated. I was very pleased with the whole process. They got my business because they were able to give me 2k more for my trade than any other… dealership. This is my second purchase from a Warknock dealership, and both were pleasant and free of drama!\.what agreat experience

My salesmen treated Me as if I had been a customer for years and was buying a 70k car. from the Entrance to the showroom to the service waiting area this place screams customer… service. in reality I was buying a used vehicle but you would never know it. I would send everyone to this dealer and to Joe. P.s The phone call the next morning was unexpected but made Me feel great. Thanks Joe your new favorite customer Dan Weber
