Lexus of Route 10

My husband and I just leased our Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Route 10 and our experience couldn't have been better from start to end. We first contacted the dealership via the Internet and worked with Steven L. from Internet sales. He was FANTASTIC to deal with. We did all of our negotiations via email and we came in once we had arrived at a price we were comfortable. I had done extensive research and knew we were getting a great deal. Steve was straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. The world would be a better place is all sales people were like him, but the professionalism and customer service did not stop there. The finance manager Donavan L. was very professional and explained all of the aspects of our financing thoroughly and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. finally our delivery specialist Taylor was awesome. She even setup my iPhone to link with the navigation system and apps suite in the car and literally walked me thought every feature. Taylor was really a delight and I know she has a very bright future ahead of her. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be sending all of our friends and family to Lexus of Route 10 for their next car.
