The car was as represented in the ad and subsequent phone conversations and the… research I did suggested that the price was an excellent value for the car, mileage, spec, age of the vehicle. I shopped the local dealerships as an educated consumer, and after comparing all the numbers went to see… Steve. He was very professional, took us for a test drive, and came back in to sign the deal after some minor negotiating for remote start, and a few more dollars off. Everything was signed and the car was delivered a few hours later upon our return. The delivery process was amazing, with the specialist taking time to explain all the fancy features to my mother (who the car is for).Excellent Experience - Lexus Route 10

Found the vehicle and features of my choice at a good price. I bought it on Monday and kept the delivery for… Wednesday. It was very quick and I was out with the vehicle with in 2 hours. On All my previous buys with Honda or BMW I had to spend at least 6-7 hours on the day of delivery. So I am very satisfied with customer experience at this dealership and especially with the sales person.An HONEST car salesman

He was not pushy and… respected my time without having an entourage of "managers" trying to intimidate me for a higher price. Overall it was a pleasant experience (as far as car shopping can really be) which was completed in just two visits. I am very loyal to a dealership which have treated me with respect and provide excellent service. I am… writing about my experiences with Lexus of Route 10, which I believe has been a major improvement with the new ownership taking over. You are greeted each time you walk into the dealership and for repeat customers, everyone knows your name. Starting from the sales associate, Don, to the finance manager, Mari, and the dealer management, everyone is highly experienced with an excellent manner. They make the purchase very pleasant and without any major difficulties. I must admit that Mari, the finance manager is truly a gem, very proactive and extremely helpful. She makes a most unpleasant process -- leasing or purchasing a vehicle, a extremely pleasant experience. She has gone above and beyond her duties when I had the pleasure of working with her. I was greeted quickly and warmly each time I entered and they were always willing to discuss anything that was on my mind.… Joe and Lenny also worked with me, understanding my wants and needs and how it fit with what I was looking to do.
