This is my second Lexus purchase in a little over a year. The service actually got better after the change of ownership from the Warnock family. Dominick, my sales person was very well versed in my new 2013 GS and Mari, the business manager was great to deal with. Overall, a very pleasant, seamless purchase and great customer service.
