Dropped my car off and only had to wait a little over an hour, which was right around the estimate I heard initially. Recall service for Ford Explorer
by Patti C on 05/01/2022The service dept is managed by an outside company so I was scheduled an appointment and was told it would not take long. I was prepared to leave the car and when I got there was told for recalls you need to be prepared to leave care for 48… to 72 hours for recalls. Your call center should know this! The service person did recommend an oil change and tire rotation as this is a new car for me and it is a good idea to establish a service record for the car. I now have to plan to come back and leave the car. They should also have a rental car for you if it is being serviced for recall!Service
by Scott A on 04/30/2022We arrived at 1030 for an appt oil change they sent us a text at 1038 for us to text with questions. Two hours in we text but with no answer and 2 and half hours let we check with the service writer and he said he would check. Came back… saying he didn’t know why it’s taking so long but to give them 15 more minutes. Half hour later it was finally finished! When we check in the truck 2 and half hour in we looked down the service lot and actually saw our truck sitting there??? Poor time management and not one person kept us informed of what was happening! I would probably still there if I would t have gone to them! Expected more from this company!! I live 30 miles away and drive there for service. Disappointed.Scott, I apologize that your service visit took longer than you expected, and for the lack of communication. We will certainly work hard to perform at a much higher level in the future. Brake issue

Jonny did a good job of getting part of my rears warrantied and was friendly and helpful through the process. No… complaints with service provided. Wobbled Out
by Jake on 04/27/2022Sales rep, really didn’t do anything at all except spin some paperwork around on the desk for me to sign. I did all of the leg work. Was told they could deliver to my house the day I signed the paperwork; that didn’t happen. Had an issue on… the way home with my new ride so I emailed the sales rep…the response was to keep driving it and see if this was an isolated incident….”death wobble” isn’t an isolated incident…it’s not going to correct itself.Mr Dixon, I’m sorry if Brandon came across as dismissive in his reply to your concern. What I believe he intended to communicate to you was that the issue you experienced with your vehicle was something that could absolutely be addressed under the factory warranty at your local Jeep dealership, since you do live quite a distance from our dealership we felt that would be more convenient for you. VC got us set up for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about our vehicle, and Ford in general. We got a very good deal for… our trade-in and a great deal for the vehicle we purchased. I received a call that my car was ready and when I got there I was told they could not do the tire rotation, then I was told I need to buy lub nuts, which didn’t make… sense if the service department couldn’t take the current lub nuts off etc. My issue was no one told me this during the call that my vehicle was ready for pick up.Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
