    I feel very much scammed by the dealership. I brought my vehicle in for a brake job and $2500 later I finally got my car back. There response was they could only repair the issue by trial and error and at my expense. I will never buy another Ford. I for sure will not be going back to Jim Tidwell for a repair!!!

    They were fine but two hours and twenty minutes for a mid week oil change with a mid day appointment was kind of slow. Nice folks.

    The service tech Michael Guitar got me in, took care of me and got me out in a timely manner. He also gave me a rundown of what my needs for my vehicle were for my next visit. Always great service and I have only taken my vehicle to this location since I got it. My truck has high miles Beyound got it used, but they treat me as if it’s a 2022.

    I arrived on time for my appointment. The advisor said it should take about 1 hour for the service to be completed. It was very close to that when they told me I was all done. This was a very good appointment.

    Had a battery die and was getting messages on info system. This was Easter Sunday. Going out of town Tuesday. They got me in at 7am Monday morning and out by 8:30! Reasonably priced too. The gentleman checking me in and out and taking care of me during my visit was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience!

    Made an appointment for two vehicles to get oil change. Waited 2 hours. Price is great just very slow. Feel like it really doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or not.

    worst experience in my life, they had my vehicle for 22 days, it took 9 days before they ever diagnosed the issue, and continued to give me the supply chain resource excuses, if you can't manage your business, find a new career. worst experience in my life, I will never buy another Ford product again! the truck still makes noise up front and continues to smoke, $2600 of repairs and $800 in rental car fees, wasted my time and money, you haven't heard the rest of this.

    Had an appointment for 10 am. Arrived 10 minutes early. My truck went straight back and was completed in almost record time. The service rep was very polite and on top of things right away.

  • Horrible service

    I’m completely dissatisfied with Jim Tidwell Ford service department. I brought my 2018 Mustang in a few weeks back because the check engine light came on. There’s no way that the mechanics in the service department checked my car other than just pulling a code because the light was on. Here I am now two weeks later from picking my car up and my check engine light is back on. This just proves that there was no way that my car was fully looked over when we brought it in for service. We were told that there was a 72 hour wait for some odd reason, I get that however fully check the car when is brought into the service department. I am receiving the same alerts in my FordPass app as when I brought it in a few weeks back. The exact same three errors. Again it just shows that my car was not fully looked over when I brought it in.

  • Fabulous to the Last Visit

    The service appointment was to be the last extended maintenance plan service visit. The only surprise was an inability to rotate the tires due to the lugs being swollen. I was advised to obtain new one-piece lugs to replace the original lugs that had been on the car since purchased new in 2017. Returned the following day and the tire rotation was done and new lugs installed. Very pleased with the efforts of my service advisor Triston to ensure all services were performed.
