onSales rep, really didn’t do anything at all except spin some paperwork around on the desk for me to sign. I did all of the leg work. Was told they could deliver to my house the day I signed the paperwork; that didn’t happen. Had an issue on the way home with my new ride so I emailed the sales rep…the response was to keep driving it and see if this was an isolated incident….”death wobble” isn’t an isolated incident…it’s not going to correct itself.

Mr Dixon,
I’m sorry if Brandon came across as dismissive in his reply to your concern. What I believe he intended to communicate to you was that the issue you experienced with your vehicle was something that could absolutely be addressed under the factory warranty at your local Jeep dealership, since you do live quite a distance from our dealership we felt that would be more convenient for you. If the problem persists let me know and we can guide you to the most convenient solution.
