onI am usually pleased with my service at Jim Tidwell but not this time. I received a call that my car was ready and when I got there I was told they could not do the tire rotation, then I was told I need to buy lub nuts, which didn’t make sense if the service department couldn’t take the current lub nuts off etc. My issue was no one told me this during the call that my vehicle was ready for pick up.
