  • Great service … lousy scheduling process

    My oil change was done very well, with insightful evaluation commentary. My Service Agent (Matt) was very helpful. However, I scheduled my service twice: the first time, I arrived after having scheduled through the Ford app and was told I would have to wait 2 hrs. Then, I was told to reschedule for a different day if I wanted less wait time; so I tried a second time (the next day) and even called the Service Line to confirm minimal wait, however, Upon arriving was told there was a 1.5-2hr wait. What is the point of scheduling an appt. I am on the verge of switching dealerships/service departments because of this major flaw in scheduling mechanism/process. Pls remedy quickly! Thanks. JP

    Haley did an excellent job getting me signed in as well as when I picked up my vehicle. She was very please and thorough. The only negative was that my steering wheel was dirty . I realized it when I got back to work and my hands were black. Other than that it was a pleasure having Tidwell service my vehicle.

  • Great people and repair work, but very poor phone system!

    The service advisor we had, Candace, was excellent... friendly and helpful. Also, the work performed on the car was well done. However, when I tried to call the service dept to check on the status of my car, I was on hold for about 15 minutes and then I was hung-up on...Three times! After a total of nearly 30 minutes on hold, I finally talked to a human. Very poor! This area of their business needs improvement.

    Fantastic dealership I feel sorry for the the service reps . Service takes way to long. Oil change-2hrs, dif service, brakes another 3 hrs. All while waiting.

    I personally didn't have a good experience. But the sales people were great. The service to fix cars was terrible. Having my car there for 2 weeks and not even 24hrs my car is doing the same thing that I brought it in for? Unacceptable...

  • Not returning

    Appointment on 7am Thursday for two recalls and did not receive text, email, or voicemail until following Monday at noon. I called multiple times the initial three days to make sure my information was correct incase of miscommunication. Info was fine but couldn’t reach anyone to give me an update on the car. Monday comes and was told the inspection was done and additional repairs are needed creating more days. I was told the dealership was unsure what happens during the four days my car sat on the lot. The manager said he would contact me Tuesday or Wednesday when parts came in and to get a replacement replacement car if needed which never happened. One week after Monday, the car is ready with everything done and I have been out of a car for almost two weeks. I was given $100 off payment with no additional info about my car other than it was completed. Way too much of a hassle and lack of communication.

  • Oil change and new tires

    Came in for oil change but knew I needed tires. They gave me a price for tires which I compared to others while they did the oil change. I was able to find the same tire for a lower cost at a discount store. Tidwell matched the discounters tire price so I bought four tires and was out in about 90 minutes. They stood by their tire price-match advertisement!

  • Rep made experience tolerable!

    I brought my car in to be serviced for a recall, but hadn’t been told ahead of time that it would need to be left with them for 2 days, so I opted to reschedule, as I wasn’t prepared. I had them look into another issue I was having and was told to do the check would take about 30 minutes and the fix about 2 hrs. I was prepared to stay for 2-3 hours, so no worries there. Needless to say this turned into a 5-6 hour wait that resulted in my car never being fixed the same day. I returned the next day and my rep, Hayley (who was amazing both days) did everything she could to cut down time for my wait. While I still ended up having to wait close to 2 hours, it felt better knowing that she had done her best to try to expedite the process, even down to removing the packaging from the product that was needed for my vehicle. She was very communicative with me throughout the process from beginning to end and never showed frustration, which in turn helped me stay relaxed. I’m overall not happy with how long I had to wait or lack of communication upfront about what was needed for a recall service, but that takes nothing away from the experience Hayley provided. She completely shifted my view of my time and I’m thankful for her kindness.
