I brought my car in to be serviced for a recall, but hadn’t been told ahead of time that it would need to be left with them for 2 days, so I opted to reschedule, as I wasn’t prepared. I had them look into another issue I was having and was told to do the check would take about 30 minutes and the fix about 2 hrs. I was prepared to stay for 2-3 hours, so no worries there. Needless to say this turned into a 5-6 hour wait that resulted in my car never being fixed the same day. I returned the next day and my rep, Hayley (who was amazing both days) did everything she could to cut down time for my wait. While I still ended up having to wait close to 2 hours, it felt better knowing that she had done her best to try to expedite the process, even down to removing the packaging from the product that was needed for my vehicle. She was very communicative with me throughout the process from beginning to end and never showed frustration, which in turn helped me stay relaxed. I’m overall not happy with how long I had to wait or lack of communication upfront about what was needed for a recall service, but that takes nothing away from the experience Hayley provided. She completely shifted my view of my time and I’m thankful for her kindness.
