    This was probably the best and easiest car purchase that I have ever done. Great service and no hidden fees or addons!! I was extremely happy with my trade in and feel like I was given a great value for my vehicle. I will definitely do business with them again.

    I took my Mustang to Jim Tidwell Service for its 10,000-mile service. I used the online service appointment booking function, which was intuitive, simple and fast. I told the service manager that I would wait on my vehicle. The service manager was very courteous, and the car was finished within an hour with total charges being less than I expected. Overall, it was a very good customer experience.

    The service rep is [non-permissible content removed], first she tells me my car will be ready the same day 2h pass I get a call from her saying her technician said he won’t get to it tell the next day. I also had to pay for a rental out of pocket. The next day I call around 10am left a voiceMail never got a call back so I decided to call back at 11am she picked up assured me that my car is still been worked on, I asked her when will it be ready she said in the afternoon. I called back around 1:53am she said the technician is still working on your car and that I see him working on your black Ford Explorer I said I’m sorry but I don’t drive a black explorer she then said dark grey I said not even close mine is silver she said give me a few minutes lemme go check. Came back and said he will work on it now. I got a call at 4pm she said your car is ready for pickup. When I picked up my car I reviewed the dash cam video my car was never touched on the first day second day they started working on the car at 2:15pm and the car was parked back at 3pm moral of the story why make me pay for a 2 days Rental when my car was only been worked on for 1h. This dealership is full of [non-permissible content removed].

    Called for an appointment and got scheduled in a half hour later. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was taking an little bit longer than expected because the tech found a nail in my tire and fixed it! Nice that they have nice waiting area with coffee and tea. Having some computers to access the web is a great bonus feature. Thank you Tidwell Ford!

    1pm appt for an oil change. Drove out at 3:25pm. A bit excessive for an oil change but the advisers were as helpful as they could be. Corporate’s website just stacks the appts. Calling local next time

    TIDWELL did a great 12k oil/filter/tire rotate/brake/ wiper blade checkup. The service took 1.5 hours as stated I'm appointment drive up and discussion with service manager. As I have the Premium maintenance plan my cost was $0. Waiting area was clean, great coffee service and WiFi was provided.

    Former resident Cobb County but now live 2 hours away. Had an unannounced tire blow last evening on I 575 . Called Jim Tidwell Ford Kennesaw immediately the following early morning. They found the correct tire size ( tire size not in stock ) but had the tire there in 2 hours from my call and I was on my way home after that install.. thank you Billy in parts and Triston in Service

    I met with new Service Advisor Haley Pope at Jim Tidwell Ford in Kennesaw GA. She was very knowledgeable and polite with questions and concerns I had with my F-150 Truck. She even took the time to show me a part under the hood next to my engine before I left. That was cool. 😎👍

    Got “The Works”, which is the oil change, tire rotation, etc. There was some confusion as to the wheel lock key and it’s location. Service department did not perform tire rotation. I questioned the service rep and he profusely apologized and had the service department perform the rotation. He, also, gave us a free “Works” on our next oil change. Thank you so much!

    Came in for routine service/oil change. Original service rep was Chris Merideth and we found out he was no longer with Tidwell. We had the PLEASURE of working with Michael Guittar. WOW what a difference in service advisors. Michael was attentive, communicated what needed to be done, called when vehicle was ready and did a followup call to make sure we were picking up our vehicle. Michael is definately an asset to your organization.
