Great service … lousy scheduling process

onMy oil change was done very well, with insightful evaluation commentary. My Service Agent (Matt) was very helpful. However, I scheduled my service twice: the first time, I arrived after having scheduled through the Ford app and was told I would have to wait 2 hrs. Then, I was told to reschedule for a different day if I wanted less wait time; so I tried a second time (the next day) and even called the Service Line to confirm minimal wait, however, Upon arriving was told there was a 1.5-2hr wait. What is the point of scheduling an appt. I am on the verge of switching dealerships/service departments because of this major flaw in scheduling mechanism/process. Pls remedy quickly! Thanks. JP
