Great people and repair work, but very poor phone system!

onThe service advisor we had, Candace, was excellent... friendly and helpful. Also, the work performed on the car was well done. However, when I tried to call the service dept to check on the status of my car, I was on hold for about 15 minutes and then I was hung-up on...Three times! After a total of nearly 30 minutes on hold, I finally talked to a human. Very poor! This area of their business needs improvement.
