He continuously kept me inform on the progress while making sure I was… comfortable. When the task was completed my car was washed & parked right outside. A Red Bow

I agreed to buy the car, that was going to be delivered a month and a half later. Frank kept me updated on a regular basis. When… Frank told me that the car is going to come in within a week, I asked him to put a bow on the car, since its arrival coincided with our 25th anniversary and it is my wife’s car. Frank arranged a large bow on the roof. My wife noticed the car with a bow on the parking lot, but did not even think it was for her, so surprise was a success. Frank was very cordial and friendly, when I met him for the first time at the dealership. The process was smooth and painless.Yuri, thank you for allowing us to be a part of this momentous occasion! Attention to detail.
by Terry Shea on 09/15/2023I’ve used Germain Lexus for the past eighteen years and purchased five cars in that time. Always certified pre owned and never been disappointed. This particular service was different as your mechanic discovered an age issue with my tires… which could have resulted in a blow out or worse. Even though there was plenty of tread on every tire they were starting to deteriorate due to age and the fact that it had been left standing for almost two years during the Covid lockdown and international travel ban. My thanks to Scott Feilding for fully explaining things to me and although I only came in for an oil change I’m happy that I can now drive knowing I have new tires on the car.Thank you for your kind review, Terry!
