Germain Lexus has been outstanding!!! Our Salesman, Jeffrey Smith went over and above what was expected of him! He worked really hard to find us the perfect lexus to meet our needs. He actually sold us two vehicles thus far! We have had excellent customer service from Germain Lexus. I really appreciate the prompt replies when I call with a question about my car!!! We have been extremely happy with our Lexus experiences.
