John McCloskey, Germain Lexus service representative, provided me with excellent service on my 2023 Lexus this past week. I was met immediately upon arrival at the dealership. John provided me with an estimated time for completion of the service. I was kept informed as to the progress via text. My vehicle was ready prior to the scheduled completion time. I was given a detailed description of the inspection procedures. John and the entire service team were efficient and highly professional.
