I’ve used Germain Lexus for the past eighteen years and purchased five cars in that time. Always certified pre owned and never been disappointed. This particular service was different as your mechanic discovered an age issue with my tires which could have resulted in a blow out or worse. Even though there was plenty of tread on every tire they were starting to deteriorate due to age and the fact that it had been left standing for almost two years during the Covid lockdown and international travel ban. My thanks to Scott Feilding for fully explaining things to me and although I only came in for an oil change I’m happy that I can now drive knowing I have new tires on the car.
