Pleasant Buying Experience
by tonye3 on 12/24/2014I have purchased many new cars from a range of dealers in the past with a very mixed array of experiences. At AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe "Buzz" the sales person showed me a good selection of 2015 Outback's and was very patient while I took… my time in selecting the model I would purchase. In spite of a computer failure I was well looked after and the whole purchase experience was among the best I have experienced. Tony from Littleton.A fairly stress-free car purchase
by lauraustin on 11/04/2014I went to just look at cars, ending up driving away with a new/used Subaru Impreza in only 3 hours! Scott Greenwood was the absolute best help. He was upfront, knowledgeable and got me the deal I was looking for with minimal stress. I'd… highly recommend him to anyone!Love my new Subaru!
by SharkaGirl on 11/04/2014Stopped in to check out the well-reviewed Forester and after a bit of a wait met John Yueh. John took us out for a test drive and I was impressed. We warned him we took a lot of time to decide on a new car and had comparisons to make.… He was VERY PATIENT! We were checking out other types of vehicles and dealerships besides Subaru. John only called us only twice in the month it took us to make up our mind. (Others kept calling and e-mailing every other day!) We returned three times to talk to John or test drive before we drove home our brand new Forester. John answered all our questions and some we hadn't thought to ask. He also was very helpful in explaining the features on the car we bought and making sure everything was scheduled appropriately. There were inevitable waits, but the actual service we got was excellent. So was the price. (It pays to also be a COSTCO member!) Thanks, Subaru Arapahoe. Nice doing business with you.We are happy you found John so helpful! We always strive to provide personable and excellent customer service. Thank you for the great review!

AutoNation's price was the best!
by CoForester on 10/30/2014Edmunds.com started out my buying process, with a realistic quote, and an excellent understanding of options. From that point, I requested quotes on-line from dealers throughout the front range, including Denver, Boulder, Longmont, and… Colorado Springs. With this information, I then contacted Costco, which referred me to AutoNation. I took all my online paperwork to Joanna, an outstanding Costco rep, and I received the lowest price, compared with any other source for a 2015 Forester.Hail of a Good Place to Buy a Subie
by tfuzz on 10/15/2014The sales staff was great and easy to work with. The dealership went out of their way to help us through a problem when our trade in, which we had left on on their lot but was still owned by us, was severely damaged by a hail storm the day… before our new Outback came in. We would certainly buy a car from these folks again. We're always happy to help our customers at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you. Drive safe and see you on the road!
Sales
by adihash on 09/25/2014I was very happy with the level of service my wife and I received at AutoNation when I leased my 2015 Subaru Forester. Joanna F., our salesperson was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.… The entire staff at Subaru AutoNation was very friendly and made sure I was 100% happy with my vehicle. I will most definitely buy my next car from them, I was extremely impressed.Overall Satisfaction
by plorenzo on 09/21/2014Went to look and test drive both the Crosstrek and Outback. Skyler S. was our salesman from the beginning. Very knowledgeable, no pressure and patient as my husband and I both wanted different cars. In the end we opted for the OB, more car… for the money and better acceleration, too.Another happy customer on my first Subaru and service from this dealer
by Bach2011 on 09/09/2014Staff are very helpful even on a super busy Saturday afternoon. I just stopped by to check out the 2015 OB but ended up trading-in my old Honda. Trade-in value was a bit too low but with all other services from Sales and Financial persons,… overall I am happy. We are happy you enjoyed your recent experience at our location! Our goal is for all our customers to enjoy a stress and worry free experience. WeÂre glad we provided this to you. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
Positive Experience
by subaru18 on 09/02/2014I went in having researched the car I was interested in, and had a price in mind. I was not pressured, and was pleased with the deal that was made. I worked with Chuck. A really good man, and helpful in all the details.Sales
by gerryshort on 07/29/2014This is the second Subaru I have purchased at Autonation on Arapahoe. I like the efficiency and no-hassle way they operate.Great Experience
by Colby_M on 06/26/2014We had a great experience from start to finish at AutoNation Arapahoe. The salesman who helped us, Joesph L., was very pleasant from the start. We walked onto the lot but never said that we were looking to buy a car. We were just "shopping… around." Even with no guarantee of a sale, Joseph stuck with us for nearly 2.5 hours as we looked at different models of Subaru's with different options. He never once pressured us to buy anything and was very knowledgeable about all the features and models. He pulled cars out of the lot for comparisons and really truly got us into a car we wanted. The negotiations were easy and AutoNation was able to get us the best deal on the car (we had already checked the other major dealers in the metro area). They didn't try and use any sales tactics, we simply sat down, named a price and they came back with what they could do to work with us. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. Once we agreed on a price and got the financing figured out, the purchase process was quick and streamlined. Everyone was very nice. Joseph spent a lot of time working to make sure we knew all the features of the car and that we were happy with everything. It was truly a pleasure buying a car from AutoNation and I will do it again in the future.Easy process!
by bobbi13 on 06/17/2014Since I hate haggling, I was very appreciative of the time and thoughtfulness that went into the test-driving and purchase process that I experienced with Sana and Rolf. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but they both made it so much easier… for me to feel comfortable with my choice and the purchase procedure. This is the second Subaru that I have purchased at this facility, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you! Everyone in our family owns a Subaru.I do NOT recommend buying a car from GO Subaru Arapahoe
by smprelude on 11/03/2010Their sales process was disorganized and I had to return to the dealership 4 times to get the deal done. I just wish I had realized back then that they were selling me a junk car that needed $4000 worth of repair (transmission, timing belt,… spark plugs, rear struts, exhaust including catalytic converters). I could not get them to make amends for the fact that they are selling cars at full value when they need so much done to make them safe for the road. Also they don't detail their used cars. The biggest regret I have ever had was buying a car from them. Beware of their puffery, they will tell you what a great car you are buying and when you ask whether it needs repair they just say that it passed their whatever-point-inspection - which is true since their inspection doesn't actually include big repair items that would be needed on a used car that has some miles on it.Bad Experience with Very Unprofessional Sale Manager at This Dealership!
by xyz2010 on 08/15/2009I went to Go Subaru East on Arapahoe road to close the deal after I had a reanable internet quote and right car. I was happy to be there only because of their internet department gave a clear and specific quote for the 2010 Outback. I took… test driving first. The sale person was very helpful and verified the car specifications for me. We came back to table to start paper work next. The sale person and I verified the quoted price plus the dealer handling fee plus tax. It went o the sale mager. Things turned south when the sale person brought back the paper with additional purchase items and price list. Not only the sale manager ignored the earlier quote completely by adding $1500 on top of quoted price, also he added new items like "perma plate" and "windshield insurance" which I had no idea what they were. I let the sale person know that the new items were not needed and I did not know what they were for. The sale person agreed to talk to the manager removing the strange items and had the quoted price as we had agreed earlier. The sale person went and came back quickly. This time, one item "widshield insurance" was removed from the purchase list, but keeping about $1000 above the quote price and the "perma plate" item in the list. As I was discussing item "perma plate" and the price, the manger walked in and told me the price is final, and I should take it or no deal. I left wthout deal. I knew it was hard to negotiate car price and I followed advice writing down info. but I totally did not prepared for seeing such unprofession sale manager! P.S. The sale manager tried to sell finiance interest much higher than the Subaru's published ineterest rate. So be careful when you going to this dealship for all the traps waiting for you to fall in!Worst Sales Manager / Sales Team, horrible experience.
by jluke78 on 12/20/2008Went to Go Subaru on Arapahoe road because we met a very nice salesman the previous month. Well, he left the dealership to pursue another venture and we now know why. We were firstly passed around to 2 different salesman even though we had… an appointment. Secondly the game began poorly when the salesman we ended up with knew nothing about the car. We came back from a test drive with financing in hand ready to buy a 2009 WRX premium package. After skating around the numbers we printed from Edmunds own website they would not acknowledge Edmunds TMV pricing. "Edmunds takes all the fun out of it" the salesman said. Then we told them about our trade in. Things got heated because the sales manager wanted to see our rate we had qualified for and all the details of that, giving us the excuse "We need it to build up a price sheet" Yeah, sure buddy. Then the slap in the face... Edmunds TMV trade-in pricing for our trade in was $14,798 dollars. They offered us $11,000. I told the sales manager that Edmunds has a TMV price to which he replied "Edmunds doesn't buy the car, we do" He had the worst attitude I have ever seen. I told him "I guess you don't want to make a sale today?" 11 is what it's worth, have a good day he replied. Nice service man, I am sure they sell alot of cars that way. Edmunds, you have this dealership listed as a premier dealership, you need to rethink that. All of your carefully calculated pricing means nothing to this dealer as they denouce your name at every turn. I look forward to making a deal at Flatirons or Mike Shaw Subaru and calling GO and telling them about the great deal we made outside of their dealership.Poor Service
by xizhou on 06/28/2008I bought a brand new car from this dealer half a year ago. My car started to have issues in 3 months. I went in and asked them to check my vehicle. They did not trust the problem I described to them and asked me to call for an… appointment if I still had the same issue.Great experience
by Sxlanders on 10/19/2013updated 06/08/2025My car buying experience was great!Subaru Vehicles are the Best Thank you AutoNation
by Scott2Rita on 10/28/2013updated 06/08/2025We recently purchased our new Subaru Outback a few weeks ago and we were delighted with the experience we had with Bob H. the Subaru sales representative. He demonstrated in depth knowledge of the vehicle itself, the manufacturer, and… Subaru's history. Throughout the whole process, Bob made us feel comfortable and relaxed--he definitely knows how to relate with his customers. We are definitely satisfied with our purchase; we definitely plan to purchase another Subaru for my daughter's first vehicle in the near future. We will return to AutoNation and hope to work with Mr. H. again.Wonderful Sales Team
by svinaya on 06/12/2013updated 06/08/2025Great Sales team, knowledgeable and friendly! Wanted to buy a Subaru Impreza and were not sure which Impreza model to buy. They answered all our questions and guided us to buy the appropriate model at the right price. Honored Costco… membership discounts too! Will definetely recommend this dealership to other and will buy again.Great experience
by meesher on 07/08/2011updated 06/08/2025I bought a car from here not too long ago. The lady who sold the car to me, Jenny, was so helpful and really listened to me and what I needed. She was very patient with me. I had the same Toyota for years and wanted to make sure that the… car I bought would last me just as long. After how many cars she showed/ sent me and how hard it is for me to make up my mind, I am grateful to her for not giving up on me. At first, I was looking at getting a new car, but Jenny ended up calling me about a car she said I would love. I DO LOVE my new (used) car! After getting to know me, she really found the PERFECT car for me. My friends say I am pretty cheap, so I wanted to make sure I that eventhough I fell in love with this car, that it wouldn't be something I would not lose a lot of money on. Jenny and her manager Courtney (I am not sure if I am spelling these right) were so understanding and got me a Great price on the car and my trade-in. If I ever need to buy another car or want to, I will DEFINITELY go back! Whenever I hear someone talk about getting a new car now, I always tell them to go to Go Subaru. My co-worker just bought a car there and she says she's also extremely happy with it.Go Subaru lost out on a sale
by lesliesoup on 03/15/2011updated 06/08/2025I just bought a new Outback from another Colorado dealer, for $1000 less, no hassle and quickly through email. This dealer is still using the old bargaining method of adding on useless fees to the original quote. They took forever to email… me a quote and never responded to my questions. Times have changed, the model for buying a car is via email, internet and texting. They said they would price match, but they never got the chance. They never answered my email. My advice to this dealership is to update their method of selling cars, get with the times. Meanwhile customers should go else where.
