    It'd been a while since I had bought car and I thought I was in for a hassle. Turns out I was in for a great experience. Sales team, especially Ryan, were very helpful and patient. Picked up a 2013 Outback with no issues. Definitely head back to AutoNation Subaru when I'm looking to buy my next car.

    We just purchased a 2014 Outback Ltd, working with Skyler S. Having done a lot of the preliminary work via email our buying experience was incredibly simple and pleasant. We were treated very well and ultimately paid less than what we were quoted at a number of other dealers, as well as the broker from whom we'd purchased our last 3 cars.

    My experience at go suabaru was really bad. I already had a quote from a dealer and asked them what best they could do. The sales person was nice and telling me if he could work it out. But what i found odd is me having to sign every time i agreed to a price stating i accept to buy the car at this price. The internet sales manager i dealt with was pretty rude and not courteous. I am assuming even if they had offered me the price i was expecting i would have not purchased the car from that dealership.

    This was my 2nd car I bought from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe, and I will definitely go back in the future. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured to buy and believe they really care about getting you in the right car.

    Had a great experience overall. James and AnnMarie, internet sales people, are awesome! I felt well-informed throughout the entire time and there was NO PRESSURE! Super excited about my new car :) AutoNation Subaru has the best prices of new Subarus in the Denver metro area..period! Def would recommend this place.

    This was the easiest car purchase experience ever. I was tough because I wanted a specific color. They found the car with the features I wanted and the signing the paperwork was only about 20 minutes. Thank you so much!!!!

    I bought a subaru outback 2.5i. The dealer was very kind and explained well. The negotiation was very straighforward enough to decide easily and simply. The offered price was also good deal.

    We had a great experience buying our new Imprezza from AutoNation Subaru in Centennial, CO! Rolf was great to work with on this purchase. He was knowledgable, patient, and caring. When we completed our purchase, Rolf actually reviewed the owners manual with us and demonstrated the vehicle's features.     Both my sales manager and sales person were wonderful to work with. Everything was as promised and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. All up sell items were offered with low pressure. I highly recommend this dealer.

    People are friendly, Seisho L. was a great low-key, no pressure salesperson, and it was a much better experience than I'd hoped for. No problems with matching the price of another dealer (obtained through Edmunds.com), even though we'd gone in with a Costco discount at first. The Edmunds price was much better than Costco (surprising to me).

    Ann Marie and the Auto Nation Subaru staff were outstanding from our initial contact through the delivery. There was never the feeling of pressure to purchase a vehicle from Ann Marie. While we were waiting for our new 2014 Outback, the AutoNation staff spent time with my 16 year old Son showing him the WRX and allowing us to test drive the car, that made my Son a future customer. I have and will continue to recommend Ann Marie and the AutoNation team for anyone’s next car purchase.

    Our experience was awesome because of James A. - no doubt! James jumped in and helped us when the guy we had an appointment with was busy. We never felt pressured, never felt like they were pulling the wool over our eyes - in fact the opposite. James was honest and forthcoming about everything. And when we came back a second time just to measure the back of the Subaru Outback to see if our dogs would fit - James jumped in the car and said let's drive to your house and see if they fit! And even when we declined all the dealer add-ons, there was no pressure to take them. We got a great price and we love our new Subaru Outback! We would absolutely buy another car from James....oh yeah, and from Autonation Subaru.

    Perhaps I just like Subarus, but I had a good experience working with Seisho at AutoNation on Arapahoe. Buying a car can be frustrating at times, but working with the right people makes the process more pleasant. Having someone who is very knowledgeable guide you through the process was what made my experience great enough to recommend to others.

    Brought my son in to buy his first car staff and management were the best ever listen to all are needs and wants this being his first car saftety was a big thing for us they understood price was great and management new where we were price and worked with us I would highly recommend this dealer for all your needs

  • Great Car Buying Experience

    It came time for my wife and I to purchase a new car. After doing our research, we decided a Subaru Forester was the best car for us. We went to the nearest dealer, AutoNation on Arapahoe, with the expectation to see what was available and to see how was the dealership. We had decided ahead of time that if either one of us was not comfortable with the dealership that we would go elsewhere. Arriving at the dealership, we walked through the inventory on the lot. Several salesmen approached us and asked if we had any questions. We replied that at the moment we had no questions. It was great that the salesman let us alone until we were ready to talk. Indicating that we were ready, salesman Seisho L. introduced himself and started answering our questions. He was very easy going and down to earth. After answering our questions, he suggested a test drive. There was a Forester available that was close to what we wanted so we went for the test drive. The Forester was more than what we expected so we were very happy with the vehicle. So we went forward with the sale. Seisho was very helpful taking us through the sales process totally without any high pressure tactics typical of many car dealers. We ordered a Forester and added a number of options. We only had to wait about two weeks for our Forester to come in. When it arrived, Seisho called us to arrange for picking it up. He had the car prepped and already to go when we arrived at the dealership. Tina R. in finance was also a pleasure to work with. She made the financing process a breeze. With the financing done, it was time to get the keys and take possession of the car. Seisho gave us a very in-depth overview of all of the car's features and helped setup the cellphone capability. Then we were off in our new 2014 Subaru Forester. We are very happy with the car and it has considerably exceeded our expectations. Our hats are off to Seisho, Tina and AutoNation Subaru for making the whole experience a very smooth, clean, no-pressure sale at an exceptionally good price.
