Go Subaru lost out on a sale

I just bought a new Outback from another Colorado dealer, for $1000 less, no hassle and quickly through email. This dealer is still using the old bargaining method of adding on useless fees to the original quote. They took forever to email me a quote and never responded to my questions. Times have changed, the model for buying a car is via email, internet and texting. They said they would price match, but they never got the chance. They never answered my email. My advice to this dealership is to update their method of selling cars, get with the times. Meanwhile customers should go else where.
