AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe

Their sales process was disorganized and I had to return to the dealership 4 times to get the deal done. I just wish I had realized back then that they were selling me a junk car that needed $4000 worth of repair (transmission, timing belt, spark plugs, rear struts, exhaust including catalytic converters). I could not get them to make amends for the fact that they are selling cars at full value when they need so much done to make them safe for the road. Also they don't detail their used cars. The biggest regret I have ever had was buying a car from them. Beware of their puffery, they will tell you what a great car you are buying and when you ask whether it needs repair they just say that it passed their whatever-point-inspection - which is true since their inspection doesn't actually include big repair items that would be needed on a used car that has some miles on it.
