AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe

Stopped in to check out the well-reviewed Forester and after a bit of a wait met John Yueh. John took us out for a test drive and I was impressed. We warned him we took a lot of time to decide on a new car and had comparisons to make. He was VERY PATIENT! We were checking out other types of vehicles and dealerships besides Subaru. John only called us only twice in the month it took us to make up our mind. (Others kept calling and e-mailing every other day!) We returned three times to talk to John or test drive before we drove home our brand new Forester. John answered all our questions and some we hadn't thought to ask. He also was very helpful in explaining the features on the car we bought and making sure everything was scheduled appropriately. There were inevitable waits, but the actual service we got was excellent. So was the price. (It pays to also be a COSTCO member!) Thanks, Subaru Arapahoe. Nice doing business with you.
