Replaced windshield
by twildwest on 02/12/2025I needed an honest and quick windshield replacement. Sent a message out to AutoNation Infiniti Tustin. I got a very quick and helpful reply from Bryant. He sent me a quote, answered all my questions and even put up with my extra detailed… questions. The best part the came to ME! Jacob the technician that swapped the windshield very respectful very quick and knowledgeable. I really really felt very good about my decision to go with AutoNation Infiniti Tustin. I collected a handful of cards from Jacob to pass out to all my friends. BUYER BEWARE !
by Rick C24 on 02/20/2024In over 50 years of buying and selling cars, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. After purchasing a car in early January, I had a few items I wanted to discuss with the dealership. Over the next few… weeks I left several messages with both the sales manager as well as the general manager and no one ever called me back. I then contacted AutoNation's corporate headquarters, and was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been well over a month since I started this process and I haven't heard anything from either the dealership or AutoNation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would never do business again with AutoNation Infiniti Tustin.Salesperson, great! The "finance guy", not so much.
by Thomas M. on 02/10/2024I purchased a car at Autonation in Tustin in December 2023. The salesperson, Mark, was a very nice guy, and very helpful. Just before the end of the purchase process, I had to meet with their "finance guy" or possibly a manager who did… the paperwork. He asked me if I wanted a $1,900 maintenance policy, and I said no. He kept asking over and over, and finally I said yes. Then, within a couple of minutes, I told him that I changed my mind and did NOT want the policy. He told me it was too late to cancel it, even though we had just filled out the agreement. He said I'd have to wait until I paid my first monthly payment, and then I could cancel it. So, in strict accordance with the policy provisions, I sent a letter of cancellation to both the AutoNation, and the insurance company. Then I hear from the insurance company that they can only reimburse the "lienholder," and not me. In other words, they are making it very difficult for me to cancel the policy. This manager was a high-pressure salesman, and I could never recommend anywhere where someone like him had any control over the process.Hi Thomas, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation INFINITI Tustin. Last experiences at Infiniti (Auto Nation) in Tustin
by Michael on 12/06/2023I made an appointment to bring car in to get serviced after having inspection previously. We weren’t able to afford everything recommended at this time so decided on what we felt was most crucial and expensive on the list along with… something else we needed done. Appointment was made for our first availability which was Saturday. When bringing car in was advised that there was no guarantee that job could be completed that day so scheduled another appointment to drop off car the following Monday. Dropped car off and reviewed all, including advising that I tried to take care of one of the minor things on list personally that morning (replacing filter) and needed help putting glove box back. Left very satisfied while being told that they would also provide complimentary car wash. I got a call from my advisor who stated that a mistake was made and price quoted did not include the part so new price would be over $3k for that service instead of the $1300! Decided not to do that now and was given price on some of the other items that I brought the car in for. Decided just to have the glove box put back together while being quoted almost the exact price that was quoted for the filter:(. Went to pick up car at day’s end and before leaving discovered that the glove box wasn’t put back together fully and car was wasn’t done!! Technician fixed glove box and was told to bring back car in for a wash. Ultimately, a very frustrating final experience….Hi Michael, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Waste of a Sunday and more.
by Anthony6ft4 on 11/18/2023I saw this Ram 1500 they had on the lot. It was a nice truck. Thai my salesman ( very new ) Couldn't answer my questions. So another salesman came up . I explained this is the first truck I looked at and I wanted to shop around. He gets the… salesmanager to come out ( Sarah?) She tells me she's the manager and proceeds to tell me they have another appointment looking at the same truck. This lie was laughable and you could see in her face she made it up. I do my homework that truck was on two different lots for over 90 days and they have an appointment 30 mins after I was looking at it.??? Not true. So I leave I look around and decided I would buy the Ram From Auto Nation knowing Sarah's tactics were shady. I get a pre approval, take In with me and leave with the truck. They call me Friday saying they couldn't get me approved and can I bring the truck back. Sure I can do that, could you guys provide an Uber to get me home. Antonio in finance tells me Sarah didn't approve an Uber to get me home when I drop the truck off. They must do over 10 million a year in gross sales, and didn't have the professional courtesy to spend $15 after letting you take the truck home only to ask you to return it a week later. They should be embarrassed. Sarah, and I'm guessing shes the Sales Manager if that's true should be ashamed for her conduct beginning to endHi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. I received a response saying we apologize for your experience. If you need further assistance please call General Manager. Ive tried three times get sent to a voice mail or put on hold until I give up after 17 mins. Auto Nation took my down payment and then when they told me to bring the truck back said they couldn't refund back to my credit card right then. The finance manager said it would be 2 to 3 days. It's now been 10 days and no credit back. Seems like no matter who you talk to its out of their hands. I will say this Im not going away and will be posting my complaint on every platform available.
These , guys display their lack of proffesional courtesy at every turn. The fact that every review is met with a standard bot reply shows their lack of interest in how their customers were treated or pleased with the horrible experience they had. The lie to sell, they tell you to bring the car back and don't refund your down payment. Warning Auto Nation Infiniti does not cure, will say anything to sell you a car, like telling there's another customer looking at the same car, when their vleary is not. If they can't get you finances they tell you to bring the car back and won't pay for a $16 Uber to get you home. Now they aren't returning the down payment as agreed.
This dealership doesn't care POST SALE!
by Not Happy on 11/14/2023Prior to our purchase, we had a great experience. However, once we arrived at the dealership it went downhill. They had added items on the invoice that were not indicated online for the used vehicle we were purchasing. The sales manager… said the items were already added and could not be taken off and that the online description was not accurate. My husband felt like this was a bait & switch tactic and got up to leave..... then they removed the item. Additionally, we purchased this vehicle at night and did not see some of the missing items until the next morning. I called, texted and emailed our sales guy asking about the damage with NO REPLY! I called to the dealership and asked to speak to the manager (that was listed on their website) and was told that manager hadn't worked at the dealership for several months. The guy who answered the phone was less than helpful and when I asked to speak to the sales manager, he conveniently disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to someone else who took my name/number to pass along to the current sales manager.... it's been over a week and I still have not received a call back. Since my purchase, I have received several emails from various people at the dealership congratulating me on the vehicle and to reach out if I had any questions. I responded to every email with no reply so I am left to assume that these emails are auto-generated and not sent with any sincerity at all. Now that they have my money, they couldn't care less about their level of customer service or lack of. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as there are plenty of dealerships in Southern California to choose from and who would be grateful for a sale.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Windshield replacement
