Dealership Sales Review
In over 50 years of buying and selling cars, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dealership. After purchasing a car in early January, I had a few items I wanted to discuss with the dealership. Over the next few weeks I left several messages with both the sales manager as well as the general manager and no one ever called me back. I then contacted AutoNation's corporate headquarters, and was assured someone would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been well over a month since I started this process and I haven't heard anything from either the dealership or AutoNation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would never do business again with AutoNation Infiniti Tustin.
