Dealership Service Review
I made an appointment to bring car in to get serviced after having inspection previously. We weren’t able to afford everything recommended at this time so decided on what we felt was most crucial and expensive on the list along with something else we needed done. Appointment was made for our first availability which was Saturday. When bringing car in was advised that there was no guarantee that job could be completed that day so scheduled another appointment to drop off car the following Monday. Dropped car off and reviewed all, including advising that I tried to take care of one of the minor things on list personally that morning (replacing filter) and needed help putting glove box back. Left very satisfied while being told that they would also provide complimentary car wash. I got a call from my advisor who stated that a mistake was made and price quoted did not include the part so new price would be over $3k for that service instead of the $1300! Decided not to do that now and was given price on some of the other items that I brought the car in for. Decided just to have the glove box put back together while being quoted almost the exact price that was quoted for the filter:(. Went to pick up car at day’s end and before leaving discovered that the glove box wasn’t put back together fully and car was wasn’t done!! Technician fixed glove box and was told to bring back car in for a wash. Ultimately, a very frustrating final experience….
