AutoNation INFINITI Tustin

I bought an Audi for my daughter - the guys are fine, a little obvious about trying to win one over on you- but fine. After I bought the car, they have literally ignored me. I’ve called, texted, emailed multiple departments and have received no response. I even got an automated email from my salesperson inviting me to call with any issues. I do not have major issues, but the oil isn’t topped off, the carfax is mysteriously outdated, and a few other small things. This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered buying a car and why I will continue to use brokers and not go to dealers anymore.
