    If you are shopping for a waste of time and zero communication these guys got it all. Was rushed in after agreeing to numbers, just to find they sold the car. Zero communication, zero empathy, just good ole common dealership attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

    Purchased a used 2022 BMW X7 from BMW Tucson. Ashiur was my salesperson and gave me great service with timely responses. I would recommend this dealership for purchasing either new or used vehicles.

  • Expect MUCH more from dealership for spending $120k on a new BMW

    You can expect a red ribbon treatment for buying a new BMW from Tucson dealership, but IF the BMW employee who owns a Tesla that needs charging, your slot in the new car delivery part of the showroom will be taken by the Tesla… Expect a red bow on the hood of your new car to impress your spouse (like Mercedes Benz dealerships often do….) keep dreaming. Expect a user manual in the car? Finally got one when we took the car back the next day, but really? Expect all the plastic film will be off the car when salesman brings it out to present to us; wrong again. Expect your vehicle pick-up time to be honored; wrong again, forcing us to cancel a fancy dinner with friends just to accommodate a dealership 5hr 30 min delay to get your car delivery fulfilled. Expect the GM will endeavor to make it right; ever heard of telephone tag; however sincere the Dealership GM is…One might think after 4 weeks, there would be a concerted effort to ‘make things right’ and have a face-to-face… . Expect to ask the Dealership “Genius” a bunch of technical questions; previous person in this slot quit and dealership has yet to replace…so Salesmen try as best they can but its a far cry from a product specialist. Suggest buying from Phoenix for your new BMW. That’s been our experience.

  • Why sell a car that was never sent to emisson

    Jay was great..BMW not so much. How do you let a car go on the lot without emission. I was especially annoyed when I got the emission done and was told to come back when my car was on empty and they would fill the tank. How about give a give card for gas and I can fill when needed. Apparently BMW does not have that ability so their name now does not hold that luxury I thought was associated with BMW.

  • Back for my 4th time

    Juan Carlos was as responsive as ever. He has sold us our last 4 BMWs and each has been a great sales experience. Low pressure, well informed and customer focused. My one complaint was the finance process. We came in with a pre-approval and funding documents. Chose the car in less than 30 mins and then waited for almost 3 hours for finance. Conversation was going well until we said we didn’t want any additional add ons. At that point the tone and demeanor of the finance manager was less than cordial. So my true rating, since I can’t separate them are Sales process was 5-star and finance was 2 stars.

    Overall excellent, we felt lucky to find the 2016 I series in Tucson for approximately $16,900. My only concern is that when signing the financing I was pitched, and bought, a 5 year $5000 warranty that to this day I don't completely understand. It was described as a "anything" warranty, electrical, AC, etc, but after reading the contract I fear it's ess comprehensive. There's no doubt I was upsold, fine by me IF what you bought is what was pitched. Still, I am confident BMW AutoNation in Tucson will do the right thing, but...to be seen. Best regards.

  • BMW X3 purchase

    On 6/15/2024 I purchased my vehicle after trading in my previous BMW. The paper work was excruciating!! We spent at least 10 hours at the dealership. Our salesman was very nice and competent, but the person in charge of finances, registration seemed not to be prepared. Our salesman noticed that the VIN # did not match the car we were buying. We were never explained to us that BMW and Ford dealership computer programs had been hacked. Our sales person had problems programming us into the car. Another associate refused to help and was extremely unpleasant. We have had possession of the car for 3 weeks without several safety settings on. Examples, lane change warnings, pedestrian crossing warning, lane departure vibration. I realized that this may be related to the hack of BMW but we should have been notified right away. Due to this, the car has been sitting in our garage until BMW problems are resolved. If I had known, I would probably not have bought the car at that time.It appears that sales are more important than the customer.

From the first phone call to inquire if the Honda Fit was still on the lot, Patrick Taylor was nothing short of courteous and helpful - this extended to our coming in to your showroom, test driving the car and having all our questions answered.
