Car buying, in general, is absolutely no fun but BMW Tucson changed the experience. From the first phone call to inquire if the Honda Fit was still on the lot, Patrick Taylor was nothing short of courteous and helpful - this extended to our coming in to your showroom, test driving the car and having all our questions answered. Patrick Mccoy was also wonderful in steering me through the actual transaction.
