Switching back to BMW after many years with MB it was a genuine pleasure to do business with BMW Tucson. Brett and Juan Carlos, my Client Advisors, were product savvy, and non-aggressive. I was kept informed of my orders' progress and the delivery was quick and painless. Martin Fiello, Sales Manager, was also instrumental in creating an effortless, smooth, experience.
