Expect MUCH more from dealership for spending $120k on a new BMW

You can expect a red ribbon treatment for buying a new BMW from Tucson dealership, but IF the BMW employee who owns a Tesla that needs charging, your slot in the new car delivery part of the showroom will be taken by the Tesla… Expect a red bow on the hood of your new car to impress your spouse (like Mercedes Benz dealerships often do….) keep dreaming. Expect a user manual in the car? Finally got one when we took the car back the next day, but really? Expect all the plastic film will be off the car when salesman brings it out to present to us; wrong again. Expect your vehicle pick-up time to be honored; wrong again, forcing us to cancel a fancy dinner with friends just to accommodate a dealership 5hr 30 min delay to get your car delivery fulfilled. Expect the GM will endeavor to make it right; ever heard of telephone tag; however sincere the Dealership GM is…One might think after 4 weeks, there would be a concerted effort to ‘make things right’ and have a face-to-face… . Expect to ask the Dealership “Genius” a bunch of technical questions; previous person in this slot quit and dealership has yet to replace…so Salesmen try as best they can but its a far cry from a product specialist. Suggest buying from Phoenix for your new BMW. That’s been our experience.
