  • Friendly and Low Stress

    5 out of 5 starsby sns3 on 06/14/2015

I went in for a test drive and some general pricing information (difference between leasing & buying). The sales staff were very helpful and relaxed and gave me very fair pricing at the outset (I had already researched prices online). It really felt like they were there to help me get the information I needed, and there was no pressure at all. In the end I was so comfortable that I went ahead and bought the car that same day. I've never had this good an experience at a dealership before (and I've been to several in Seattle). I highly recommend Lexus of Seattle.

  • Great Service and Support

5 out of 5 starsby TheasCar on 06/02/2015

I found a large selection of RX350's on their website and submitted a request to view one and discuss pricing. Their Internet Sales Manager, Patrick Conklin, responded immediately and had everything ready for my wife and I when I arrived the next day, even though we didn't give them a specific time. They were very open and honest throughout and were able to meet my budget needs and work out the details without any hassle or sales pressure, which was refreshing since all the other dealerships left me feeling either oversold or under appreciated. I had spent 2 months looking at all types of vehicles and manufacturers, but after finally making my way to the Lexus of Seattle, I finally felt that I could get my dream car from a group of people that made me feel appreciated. They helped turn my stressful search, into an enjoyable and satisfying experience, which is what it should be! I hope to work with Patrick and his team, again!
    • Thank you for writing such a great review. We appreciate hearing about our guests great experiences and getting feedback on how we are doing. We're thrilled to hear that we made you feel appreciated and that you enjoyed your experience with us. It truly means a lot and that is what we are here for. We look forward to seeing you when you're in for service and until then, enjoy your new Lexus!

  • Bad Customer Service

    1 out of 5 starsby CE15 on 05/26/2015

Arrived on site to look at the IS 250. Dan came out and asked if I had some questions. I asked him if they have any IS 250 with just the F-sport package, he told me no. I then asked him why would the lexus website allow me to build one if they don't make it. He said he didn't know and told me to research and come back, he gave me his card and left. He never let me look at the interior or sit inside the car. He spent about a minute with me and left. He probably didn't think I was a serious buyer. Worst customer service i've had at a dealership. I went to them instead of bellevue because of the high ratings online, but I guess all those ratings were BS. Wouldn't recommend.
    • Dear CE15, we have tried to reach out to you privately to resolve this issue and apologize for the unacceptable experience you had. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. 425-921-4100

  • Great experience

    5 out of 5 starsby satisfiedbuy20 on 04/23/2015

We found the perfect car for us. They gave us a great price with little negotiating needed. Felt that Mike and Dan wanted to take care of us. Not just sell us a car. There was no pressure. No games Would definitely buy another car from them. Also wanted to recognize Maranda, the finance manager. She finished the paperwork...we left the dealership that night feeling great about the car and our experience with Lexus of Seattle.

  • Over the top sales and service

    5 out of 5 starsby Jenannburen11 on 03/18/2015

My husband and I leased a car from Seattle Lexus, not only did Dan give us great service he got us a deal that another local dealer wouldn't even come close to. The following day I began to panic realizing the car we just bought was to small for my family to all fit. I called Dan to see if there was anyway to trade vehicles. He said he would see if there was anything he could do for us. The next day his manager Jason called and had done what he could and they were willing to do this for us. We were beyond pleased that this dealership cares so much that their customers are happy that they would be willing to return our car for a bigger one. If this isn't the perfect example of customer service I don't know what is. We will definitely buying our next car here!!!

Bought the new 2015 NX from Lexus of Seattle. The purchasing process was very fast and straightforward. Drove away on the brand-new Lexus in a couple of hours, and could not be happier with the dealership.

  • Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. Highly Recommend

Just bought a certified 2012 RX350 at Lexus of Seattle in Lynnwood and was 100% happy with the experience. I dropped by the dealership without an appointment or previous contact. A salesperson took me to the pre-owned RX's, politely and knowledgeably answered all my questions and was in no way pushy or intrusive. I had done my homework and was impressed with the honesty of the information I was given. After I found my perfect car, an agreement to price and trade-in value was made with zero pressure and no extended back and forth. The already incredibly clean RX was quickly detailed and new complimentary custom mats were put in. I was given a tutorial on all the bells and whistles and the settings were customized for me, including syncing my phone contacts, music and garage door opener. Forgot the checkbook, so after everything was done and I was ready to drive home in my new car, the salesman followed me and waited in his car while I ran into the house to write a check and get the extra fob for my trade-in. Best part besides the quality service and experience: according to Edmunds.com pricing tool, I paid thousands less than dealer retail value and got more for my trade-in. I got a great quality car at an amazing price and it only took about three hours out of my day.
  • RX 350 Purchase

    5 out of 5 starsby chuck_w1 on 02/27/2015

I arranged for purchase through COSTCO. After corresponding with the salesman via email, I drove down to the dealership to meet face to face. On arrival I was greeted by the salesman who showed me two RX's. One of them was exactly what I was looking for. We then went to the "sales desk" where I had a some water and a latte and we did paper work. I then drove my new RX home.
  • Buying a Lexus at Lexus of Seattle

5 out of 5 starsby nsmidt on 07/03/2010

For the third time I purchased/leased a vehicle from Lexus of Seattle, this time a new 2010 Lexus RX350. This time I didnt even have to go into the dealership. I have done business with them for over 5 years, and they know I how I maintain my vehicles, and they took care of me so I could take advantage of driving the new generation of the RX. It is such a beautiful car, and I love it! No muss, no fuss. The sales Staff, I work with Pauline the Lexus Lady, is experienced, knows the vehicle she sells, and always makes sure you understand how to use all the "goodies" you get with your Lexus. I highly recommend doing business at this dealership. You wont be dissappointed.
  • showroom attention

2 out of 5 starsby ymlether on 03/04/2010

My husband and I are looking to purchase or lease a new car in the next few month. We have been shopping at the Jaguar, Mercedes, BMW and Lexus dealerships. I have NEVER seen such apathy towards a prospective customer as I saw at the Lexus dealership in Lynnwood. We counted no less than 6 sales associates and not one of them made eye contact with us, acknowledged that we even walked through their doors, or even motioned to us that they would be with us shortly. We spent a good 10 minutes in the showroom, then walked outside to look at their inventory, and finally back into the showroom for another 5 minutes. If I were the sales manager or owner of this dealership each and every one of those sales people would be gone and replaced with people who have a good command of CUSTOMER SERVICE. This dealership obviously has no idea how to define customer service let alone implement at their showroom. The treatment we received makes me never want to buy a Lexus of any kind, it is obviously nothing more than an overpriced Toyota. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I will most likely tell everyone NOT to go their for their next car purchase.
  • Truly a great experience! The place was very friendly and a lady

5 out of 5 starsby withars on 04/13/2009

I had a really great experience at Lexus of Seattle. The place was very friendly and a lady greeted me immediately with the sincerest smile. I found the sales staff to be very professional, laid back, and knowledgeable. I have a home in California and Washington- given the choice and from the research I have done at many of the Lexus dealerships I will buy my next new RX from Lexus of Seattle. I am confident that after buying my new Lexus I will have no problems getting the assistance I will surely need with all the new technology to learn on the small SUV RX. I think they are great! Mary
  • Lexus of Seattle not better then a common neighborhood car dealer

2.6 out of 5 starsby giorf on 07/11/2008

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2005 LS 430 from Lexus of Seattle. The salesman was very nice and the transaction was OK. When I came back after about two weeks to bring some items I forgot for my car I traded in, I saw another Certified Pre-Owned 2005 LS 430 in the show room. I liked the color combination better (gray on gray) then the one I bought about two weeks ago (darkblue on tan). I asked my salesman if it was possible to exchange the cars (for a document fee or milage fee of some sort) since I put only 215 miles on my LS430. My car had 26K miles and was advertised at 35K while the gray car had 35K miles and was advertised for 32K. I didn't mind exchanging the cars even though the gray car had more miles. When the salesman came back from the manager, he told me that they could exchange the car if I would pay about $8000. I almost fell onto the floor. The salesman was visibly embarrassed but could not give me an explanation on why it would cost that much money. Greed probably. Here I had a car that had fewer miles, was advertised with a higher price than the other car and they still wanted $8000 for the exchange. Needless to say I didn't exchange my car. My wife liked the Lexus convertible and we were almost ready to trade her Mercedes in for it. But after that episode, I ran out of that dealership. I'm a good customer who mostly pays cash for the cars I buy. I would never buy from them again, ever. They try to blind you with their fluff like free lattes and cookies or bottled water but when it comes down to it, they are not better than your regular neighborhood car dealer. Just be aware of it should you visit them.
  • Excellent Salesperson at Lexus of Seattle

    4.8 out of 5 starsby jen44 on 06/26/2008

Just leased a 2009 RX 350. This is the second RX I have purchased from this dealership and this go around was vastly superior to the first. I credit the good experience to Matt Schwenke, the salesperson, who listened, didn't try to up-sell, didn't play any dealer games or introduce me to the Lexus dealer royalty. He made the whole process smooth and from an email and 5 minute phone call had all of the paperwork prepared and the car ready for delivery at an appointed time on the next day. The car he located for me had more options on it than I requested, but I was not charged for them. Very unusual treatment and a very pleasant buying experience.

  • Excellent experience with Lexus of Seattle!

4.8 out of 5 starsby dscarroll on 03/21/2008

My experience today with Lexus of Seattle was excellent! I spoke with Matt Schwenke, salesperson, yesterday about the LS460 I wanted to purchase. (I had spent hours and several trips to Lexus of Belleuve and was unable to close a deal.). I purchased my SC400 new from Lexus of Belleuve before they moved to their new location. My experience with them this time around was that they were not as willing to negotiate. Mark had the exact vehicle I wanted. Negotiations inlcuding trade-in took about an two hours. The balance of the day was spent detailing the car, putting on the chrome wheels I wanted and learning how to operate the many wonderful features. The Finance Department was great. The Service Department accommodated us by putting the car in line to have the wheels added. I would highly recommend if you want a no-hassles experience that you call Matt. He had their Barista make me a latte, shared his lunch when the day stretched on, and went out of his way to give me outstanding service. I understand they are currently putting in a car wash that will available for customers much like what is available in Bellevue.
  • Bait-n-Switch Like Tactics - Poor Custoimer

    1 out of 5 starsby jentran2000 on 12/24/2007

My husband and I spoke to the salesperson at least 5 times about the car and price before we even agreed to drive to the dealership. We were guaranteed by the salesperson that there would be "no hassles or games" when I got there. We had agreed on the price and car. I told the salesperson that I had secured my own financing, and he assured me the transaction would take no more than 2 hours total. Since I was driving from a very long distance I confirmed several times that there would be "no games." We agreed to drive to the dealership with my entire family the same day on Christmas Eve. The salesperson I talked to was helping other customers so I was introduced to another salesperson. He told me that they would not accept the blank check that I had from Capital One Auto Finance and pressured me to secure financing with Lexus. I told the salesperson (Matt) I had worked with Capital One twice before and have never heard any dealership raise any concerns about the check from Capital One. I even told Matt that the dealership could hold on to the car until payment was transferred and that I did not need the car the same day. He then called his "finance manager" (an Asian man whom I do not recall his name). The finance manager, came across very pompous, and said that since the dealership would not get the funds from Capital One for approximately 5 to 10 days after the sale, the dealership would not accept the check from Capital One. He said the dealership would be losing money on the "interest" due to the 5 to 10 days hold on payment. He then tried to convince us to secure financing with Lexus. I repeatedly made it clear that II was not interested in obtaining alternative financing and that I just wanted to purchase the car I was promised. The discussion ended soon after, and we left the dealership feeling completely lied to. My husband and I feel that we were treated poorly and that the dealership's "bait and switch" like tactics were mean spirited and evil. Obviously the dealership was trying to make a profit on any interest that would have been secured throught a loan we took with Lexus. If this is the dealership's motto, then just advertise it as so. Any potential customer should BE WARE. Your people completely wasted our time on Christmas Eve. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
  • Poor customer service

1 out of 5 starsby chrisymaeda on 09/09/2007

I was interested in the limited edition 2007 LX that this dealership had in stock. The sales representative was great and really wanted to work with my wife and I to get us this car. However, her sales' manager was not as interested. He was more interested in making a large profit then trying to get a loyal customer to their dealership. He kept giving us a hint that he wanted to compromise on the deal (we were trying them to take away an extra $900 that results from an "advertising lexus fee") , once we would come to the table, he would say take it or leave it and not even try to compromise. The price we got was under the TMV, but the way he made us feel was not the way I would expect from someone associated with lexus and esp. when I am going to spend $60,000+ on a car (I was going to buy with cash, not finance or lease). A week after I walked away from that deal, I get a generic email from this dealership offering me a $300 gas card if I came in and bought a car. They could have offered me this in the first place as a compromise, but they were only thinking about the profit margin. I even email'd the president of the dealership, and he could have cared less that a customer was disatisified with the service from his dealership (didn't even bother to respond to my first email that I wrote to him which was cordial and not nasty). I ended up buying a 2007 gray LX from lexus of bellevue for a lower price then what Seattle lexus was going to give me and had much better customer service. They treat you at the bellevue lexus like they want to take care of you. I saved approx. $1000 on my car from them ($63900) which is much lower then the TMV. I love my car and have no regrets that it is not a limited ed. Lexus of seattle wants you to feel that they will be more straight forward with you then their competitor bellevue, but I would say, they are full of it.

All of the dealership’s staff from sales to finance were professional and courteous. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted. The staff, even the ones who were not directly involved in the sale, were polite and helpful, contributing to a overall positive buying experience.

Having spent way too many hours hanging out in showrooms negotiating an auto purchase, my goal was to have all that behind me, drop in, sign and drive a new car away without feeling exhausted and drained emotionally. Pauline was able to work with me via email, responsive to our needs and we were happy with our purchase price. Bravo!
