Lexus of Seattle

My experience today with Lexus of Seattle was excellent! I spoke with Matt Schwenke, salesperson, yesterday about the LS460 I wanted to purchase. (I had spent hours and several trips to Lexus of Belleuve and was unable to close a deal.). I purchased my SC400 new from Lexus of Belleuve before they moved to their new location. My experience with them this time around was that they were not as willing to negotiate. Mark had the exact vehicle I wanted. Negotiations inlcuding trade-in took about an two hours. The balance of the day was spent detailing the car, putting on the chrome wheels I wanted and learning how to operate the many wonderful features. The Finance Department was great. The Service Department accommodated us by putting the car in line to have the wheels added. I would highly recommend if you want a no-hassles experience that you call Matt. He had their Barista make me a latte, shared his lunch when the day stretched on, and went out of his way to give me outstanding service. I understand they are currently putting in a car wash that will available for customers much like what is available in Bellevue.
