  • ***BEWARE OF THESE GREEDY SCAMMERS**

1 out of 5 starsby Mithun on 04/01/2025

***BEWARE OF THESE GREEDY SCAMMERS** I took my jeep for a flat tire and ended up paying $450! They said they dont have the lug nut key for the tire lock and have to rip and replace. You'd think that a service center would have basic tech to fix a flat tire, but this place is a SCAM!! I told them i got a flat tire fixed at the same service center before and their response was this time its a different technician! Apparently all their technicians dont have master keys and the service centers dont have the liability to even be equipped with something as simple as a tire removal! With a flat tire, you are in a spot as a customer cos you dont want to drive around with one. Worst - the service managers offer was that he could rip the new one they installed and put in a regular lug nut key for a higher cost! Shame on you JEEP that you dont know this scam is running on the WA eastside under your radar. Absolutely bad customer service ( as evident from other reviews as well)! These people arent worth even the 1 star but sadly edmunds doesnt let you post a review without one.

FU service department. Rip off. $1k for oil change and was told that after it was done.

  • Terrible service

1 out of 5 starsby erik on 08/01/2023

I had a very unpleasant experience with the Jeep service center recently. The customer service was appalling. On Tuesday 7/18 I dropped my vehicle off for various issues I’ve been experiencing as well as some normal maintenance. On Friday 7/21 I called to check in on the status of my vehicle as no one had reached out to give me an update yet. The service advisor on the phone informed me that my driveshaft had been modified and I would need to approve 2 hours of labor to look into it further. I told her this was an issue as my driveshaft has not been modified by me or authorized to be modified by me. She then told me she would need to speak with the technician and call me back in a few minutes. A couple of hours went by and I did not hear back so I reached back out and they told me that I would need to call back Monday and speak with the Service Manager. I did not wait until Monday and took it upon myself to reach out to FCA and open a case against this dealer. Over the course of the next few days their story as to why they wouldn’t work on my vehicle under Warranty change twice more. On Tuesday 7/25, someone reached out to me and then explained to me they had found impact damage under my car from off-roading and it would be about $900 to repair. I told them I would not like them to do the repairs as I don’t trust them. they then went on to try and bribe me by dropping the price down to $600 but ONLY if I gave them “10s” on their surveys as anything lower is considered a fail. I declined and let them know I would like to pick my vehicle up. Upon picking my car up I did pay for an alignment they supposedly did however once I left I wasn’t sure if they actually performed that service or they just did a terrible job as my alignment is worse than when I originally brought it in. (Attached is a picture of me driving straight) In addition, the pricing was not transparent. I was told the repair to my pinion flange was going to cost $900. That’s odd as I just purchased the part on the Mopar parts website for $150 shipped and was informed by another dealer that the labor on this type of repair should only be 1.5 hours of work. Overall, my experience at the Jeep service center was very frustrating and disappointing. There seems to be a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. I was without my vehicle for over a week with no real resolution, the service employees story changed daily and it all just seemed very shady. I'm now out the price of an alignment and have no desire to deal with this dealership to try and resolve that issue much less any other future service needs. I thought it was just the sales side of this dealer that was bad but turns out it was the entire dealership, it's sad as there are a few nice employees there but it seems the dealer's morals and standards are lacking. Last year when I was shopping for my new 4xe I had this dealer run some numbers and they seemed a little high, I ended up going to Auto-nation Jeep of Bellevue and purchased a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4xe with more features than what I was shown at the Kirkland dealership and their numbers ended up being $200/month cheaper in comparison to Jeep Kirkland. Maybe I hold Jeep to too high of a standard after coming from more luxury brands such as Audi and BMW however it is extremely disappointing as a first-time Jeep owner.

  • STAY AWAY - SERVICE DEPT IS HORRIBLE!

1 out of 5 starsby Accounting on 11/29/2022

It is a pain when you need to service a vehicle - but Rairdon Service takes the cake. We have visited twice for the same issue. They had the truck for over six weeks, and we still can't figure out what is happening. While they are trying to slip out of warranty work - they are more than willing to charge thousands for shoddy work. They do not take pictures when asked; if they say they took a video - get it because when asked later they no longer have it. They do not diagnose the problem - they don't appear capable. They waste time and give customers the runaround - basically, they try to wear you down until you feel like you have no alternative to but to take their over priced offer. When you wonder why there are laws protecting consumers from dealerships - Rairdon is a likely candidate. And management doesn't care - that is apparent in the turnover and lack of customer care.

  • Extremely poor Customer Service

1 out of 5 starsby Dominic on 09/01/2020

Unresponsive, unprofessional staff, I had to currently escalate a problem to an FCA inspector to have an issue resolved on my Grand Cherokee Trackhawk (a $100.000 car where you would expect a bit better service). No communication, if you do not buy a car from them you are out of luck. Stay Away.

  • horrible customer service and lies

1 out of 5 starsby for your family stay away on 01/29/2020

I purchased a New 2018 Jeep Trackhawk about 7 months ago. My passenger headlight went out so I contacted the service dept to schedule a appointment. My new Jeep has 3500 miles on it so it seemed odd the bulb went out that fast. They did not have any loaner cars available which was a drag because not only do I work full time but I have 2 kids at the age of 3 and 5 so it was not convenient to work around this. It was not safe for me to drive at night due to one headlight being out but my main concern other than being illegal was the safety of my 2 kids. I dropped it off at Kirkland the next day and went back to work. Around 5pm I received a call back that they found the headlight assembly needed to be replaced but the part was on "back order" and they were putting back together my car and to pick it up.. I stressed to the advisor who called me that would not work due to the safety and that I needed a loaner car. He then advised me that " they do not give loaner cars to customers whos parts are on back order", he explained they did not have a time frame and so could not accommodate a loaner. If it was any other issue not related to driving illegally or the safety of my life and my children's life I would understand. I was upset but picked up my car. When I picked it up they gave me a work order that stated the part was on back order and I was not charged. Not knowing how long the part would be and the fact I couldn't drive my car at night I called the Attorney General office to explain the details and see what needed to happen since It was a safety issue and a new car. She explained that I needed to bring it to another dealership and if they also could not resolve it and I had it in writing the part was on back order I could then ask Jeep to either replace or buy back the Jeep. I called Jeep corporate to start a former complaint as well as I was told to by Attorney General. Frustrated and confused I called the Jeep Monroe store. I spoke with their service department and explained the circumstances and requested a appointment so I could move forward with the process of getting this car replaced through WA Lemon law. The advisor told me he would make some calls and get back to me. Within the hour I got a call back and explained the part was "not on back order" and they could get me in asap they had to order the head light assembly. They also told me they would be happy to give me a loaner car while I waited. Within two business days I got a call the part was in and dropped it off. In less than 4 hours it was ready and I picked it up. I was told the "bumper" was missing a few screws but they replaced them for me. Being the jeep was new this was from when Kirkland "put back together" my car after they first looked at it. I was happy to get my car fixed and be able to drive it again safely. I emailed one of the advisors that gave me his card when I was leaving to complain and explain the disappointment in their customer service. No one ever called be back. I was then waiting on the survey they send so that I could give my input on the situation but of course I never received one. Its obvious they deliberately changed my email or did not send me one because they knew I would not give them all "100's". Not only was this the worst experience I have ever dealt with ( Kirkland service ) I literally lost thousands of dollars at my job for running around without a loaner car, then having to leave Kirkland where I live and Bellevue where I work to drive to Monroe to use their service facility when Kirkland could have done it to start with instead of lying to me. I will never use Kirkland Service again and tell everyone about my experience as well.

  • Tim Anderson’s stellar Service as always!

  • Recalls

4 out of 5 starsby Recalls on 09/10/2019

Rairdon's has been very accommodating with taking care of the various recalls from FCA on my truck. I'm happy with their work. However, I'm not so happy with the number of recalls that have been issued for this vehicle which I bought new at the same dealership (no reflection on Rairdon's).
  • Too long with no communication.....

3 out of 5 starsby Juan on 09/05/2019

I came in for a recall on my air bags for my 2006 Dodge Ram truck, I had call a week ahead for the appointment and what the recall was about. Well I left my truck for several hours and came back to the dealer just so that they can tell me they only did one side, I guess they didn’t have the part..... would’ve been nice if someone told me that they can only do one side ok so I schedule another appointment to come back (I work two jobs I don’t have free time) ok I come back the second time, everything went well till I saw the passengers side air back cover. Some one left tool makes all over my dashboard left jagged edges why didn’t I say anything??? Well because I know better that the dealer want gonna fix it. I’m a technician myself so I know mistakes happen that’s why I didn’t rate my experience so low.
  • Express Service is Awesome

Tried the express service (no appointment necessary). Jorge was great. The entire process took 35 minutes. Delighted.
  • First timer. Great service!

4 out of 5 starsby rickydelivers on 05/07/2019

First time at this location and the customer service bith on he phone and in person was top notch. A little of a challenge to get a loaner for the day but they made it happen. Went in for a recall which was fixed and they were kind enough to correct another small issue on my nearly brand new truck. I will be back again even though these guys are further to me than the other 2 Ram dealer service department choices in my area.
  • Worry free Maintenance

    5 out of 5 starsby ajeshm302 on 05/06/2019

Rairdon, Kirkland is my favorite place to take my Jeep Cherokee for service. Once I went there for the service and it became my favorite place. Even though I had Auto nation near me I prefer going there as I feel happy and satisfied.

  • Service department is horrible

1 out of 5 starsby ConcernedMan on 07/26/2018

I don't know where to start. This review is based on several service appts for different issues. One time i had an engine light on. I brought it in and they told me it was fixed the first time. I drove two miles and the light came back on. I had to make a new appt! They then said it was fixed. I drove away. It came back on. I had the same experience with the traction control warning light. It took three sessions and it still isn't fixed. Most recently i took my car in at 7 AM... At 3 PM they called to tell me it would take another day and that they hadn't even started working on the issue i brought it in for. Then the guy said he couldn't give me a loaner because people brining in their cars the next day would need them. Are you kidding? People told me to avoid Riordan's. I didn't listen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
  • Service Department Fail

1 out of 5 starsby kaleide on 07/16/2018

If work performed in a timely manner, with an appointment made well in advance of said work is something you expect... look elsewhere. If communication as to why it took so long, or someone caring... look elsewhere.
  • Convenient service and flexible staff

5 out of 5 starsby daramoore on 07/19/2017

Even though no appointments are necessary for an oil change I always make one because of my schedule. However I wasn't going to be able to make mine for the 1st oil change on my new Cherokee. When I called Meaghan to let her know and ask about coming in the next day she was happy to help me and let me know is was not a problem. The next morning I pull in, drop of my keys and head to work. About 1:30 I get an email saying the oil change is done and heading to detail, it should be ready by 4. An hour later I receive another email saying it is done and ready for pick up. Great service and communication. Will definitely be back.
  • Terrible service, questionable practices...

1 out of 5 starsby BigSilverJK on 12/08/2015

Another terrible experience at Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland, but this will at least be the last time... I've been a sales and service customer here since I purchased my 2012 Jeep here new. The vehicle has had ongoing issues with squealing coming from the engine since its first oil change. After replacing multiple components numerous times for the same issue, they have now decided it needs an alternator (the one thing that wasn't replaced during all of the other attempted repairs) and refuse to cover it under warranty. Now if this was caused by abuse or neglect I would completely expect to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... same for maintenance, but absolutely not for an ongoing warranty issue. After reminding them of the ongoing issues they still completely refused to help. The manager (with the authority to resolve the issue) was busy all morning and couldn't be bothered. I guess I'll have to find a new (non-Rairdon's) dealer for all my maintenance and service and I guess they'll have to find another sucker to take advantage of... Be warned this dealer, will NOT stand behind their product or services. *UPDATE* Rairdon's service manager called me back to discuss the situation. She said that she reviewed my service history as well as this review. After lecturing me a bit about "how things work", she explained that they would NOT be willing to assist me further. So here's what you get to look forward to here at Rairdon's... Terrible service followed by more terrible service after you complain. Do yourself a favor and find a good, reputable Jeep dealer. There's plenty of them out there, just make sure Rairdon's is not in the name.
