Excellent customer service
by jlss779 on 01/23/2017We just purchased a new Jeep Patriot and thanks to Steve for his excellent customer service. He was professional, down to earth and not pushy at all. As women buying a car we usually dread the idea but will gladly come back for our next… purchase. Brandon in Finance took the time to explain and patiently review the myriad of paperwork we signed. Steve rocks and we love the new Jeep!Excellent service
by Georgette on 01/17/2017My first time buying a car and I was so nervous but Elle made it so smooth like cutting butter with a hot knife!!!!! Also Nate was great at financingDo your research
by Pdubbleu on 01/16/2017Yes, going to a dealership is daunting and complicated; they use language that is confusing and unfamiliar. Make sure you do your homework, workout all the numbers and know exactly what you want and go after it, if the dealership can't give… it to you they will tell you, if they can it might take some haggling to get you there. Elle was very upfront from the very beginning when I asked some questions through their webchat link on their webpage. She was very accommodating and very sweet to work with, my gf really enjoyed her. The financing was easy although I had less than perfect credit and they made it work. Thanks a bunch! I love my new jeep!Challenger purchase
by dwinslow23 on 01/15/2017My wife and I were looking to purchase a used Dodge Challenge, we stopped in and Eric Howie showed us a few cars, sat in the back as we test drove a couple different models and help us to purchase a challenger R/T Plus, we could not be… happier with our puchase. No pressure and all questions answered, Great buying experience !!Great service
by josh2017wa on 01/14/2017Working with Rairdons was easy to work with Rich was an excellence person and the experience was wonderful the staff was very helpful and patient with all the questions we asked. I did not feel like they were pushing me and my wife just to… make a sale. We went in to buy a used car and came out with an excellent deal with a brand new car instead. Thank you guys for everyhthing I would go with you guys again.Love This Place
by Moparcia on 01/13/2017My wife and I came in looking for a new Durango and we got just that. A friendly young man named Matt.H helped us get into our new car. He was honest and didn't try to push a different car on us like other dealerships/salesman have tried… to. I would recommend Rairdon Kirkland to anyone. Thank you Matt H and thank you Rairdon!!Thanks Brandy!
by Cristina on 01/11/2017Fast, friendly and honest. Found a car online that I liked and after reaching out to me Brandy answered all my questions. Visited and was out driving my new car in 2 hrs. Thanks so much for all your hep again and see you for my oil… change in a few months.Worst and most dishonest dealership in WA
by George714 on 01/11/2017Worst place to go for buying car. The finance person and the Manager are the most dishonest persons you could find here. If you want to be screwed then feel free to shop in this dealership.Horrible customer service and dishonest!!!
by Amber2210 on 12/18/2016If i couod give 0 or negative stars i would. Whatever vehicle they have you can get elsewhere, so avoid this place like the plague. They are dishonest they will tell you one thing but the fine print says something totally different. Six… hours afterbwe drove our 2014 Grand Cherokee off the lot the check engine and service shifter lights came on. Frustrating but we have a 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty because it was a certified pre owned vehicle. Went through our paperwork to find it and they had somehow managed not to put that paperwork in the envelope with everything else. It took 5 or 6 phone calls and 6 emails over the course of 10 days to finally get someone to respond and provide the warranty info so we could get this fixed. Then we were reading all the fine print on the extended service contract we bought. We were told this covered all regular maintenance that is on the maintenance schedule for the vehicle. We didnt read the 4 pages of fine print there so that is on us. But we read it when we got home and on page 4 of fine print it specifically says maintenance is all excluded. We decided to cancel which can be done in the first 30 days. Requested cancellation paperwork 6 times over 2 weeks before someone sent me a form. Now i have been trying for a week to get them to confirm they received it. No vehicle they have is worth having to deal with them. They are the worst dealershio i have ever dealt with. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amazing Customer Service from Matthew Meyers
by Urquharts on 11/20/2016We bought a truck today from Matthew Meyer. We visited several other dealerships this weekend and he had the best customer service BY A MILE. He is a major reason we came back to buy from your business. We will absolutely come back again… for future needs. He is a very valuable member of your team and I can't thank him enough for making this such a positive and memorable experience for me and my husband. Friends have shared very negative experiences but we had the complete opposite today. Hopefully they've taken recent feedback and made changes. Regardless, I would highly recommend asking for Matthew Meyers if you are looking here for a vehicle. THANK YOU MATTHEW FOR AN AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE - Stefan and Lindsay UrquhartGo ANYWHERE but here
by kljmonet on 11/01/2016My Jeep is great, couldn't be happier with it. Sales experience wasn't the best I've had, but it wasn't horrible either. Afterwards is when the issue began. I received a call two days after I purchased my Jeep by the finance dept.… telling me they found an additional $1K rebate I could use. Great, we discussed my options and agreed on a check. I received the check and deposited it. A week later I received notice in the mail from my bank that a stop payment had been made on the check and I was also being charge $8.00 processing fee. No communication from Rairdon. I called several times asking to speak with the GM or finance, no calls were returned. I reached out the Chrysler Jeep Corp. They said the dealership was attempting to resolve it. No they weren't, the only person I've heard from was finance and they state that the ONLY option I have is to come back in and resign paperwork. That is NOT the only option. To add insult to injury on this issue, I have received two separate calls from different individual's at the dealership asking me "how my experience" at Rairdon has been. Are you kidding me! No apology has ever been given and they continue to either ignore me or play games. Hideous people, don't go there. If I could give it a negative I would.Wish I Could Rate Them Negative Stars
by Peter_A on 07/08/2016This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I worked a deal with them, they accepted my offer and asked me to come in and sign. I got into my truck and started driving in only to get a call back from sales stating unfortunately… someone else is buying that truck but they can show me another which of course was conveniently more money. This is not the first time they have not been able to take care of me, the wife ridiculed me for giving them a second chance. lesson learned, I will never go to them for anything and I truly hope people read this and do not buy a vehicle from them. They truly are the most dishonest, and worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life (and I include used car lots in that statement). Rairdon's defines "Stealership". In the end I guess I should thank them because driving back home from Rairdons I got in contact with the best dealership I ever dealt with in my life. Bud Clary in Moses Lake Washington was amazing. I got a better deal because sales there wanted to make a wrong right that was not even caused by them (even got a better % rate because their finance department really worked hard). I showed up truck was detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas and DEF, signed with sales, signed with finance, and bam I was done (total time at dealer with taking pictures and all 45 minutes).Stay away!
by NathanJS on 02/28/2016I don't even know where I should begin with this one. I purchased a Jeep Renegade 2016 Trailhawk from these folks back in January. After signing for the vehicle, I noticed there was a fairly sizable paint chip on the rear bumper of the… vehicle. The sales representative at the time assured me this was no issue, and that their service department would take care of the issue. I was reached out to by Joe Henson to arrange, and so begins the nightmare experience that I've been going through for the last month. FIRST REPAIR ATTEMPT: ==================== The first repair attempt was pretty much a joke, to be honest. They used paint which didn't match the rest of the vehicle, and three days into the repair, it began to peel off, leaving behind the crudely filled in chip. Not at all happy, I sent the car back in to be repaired once more. SECOND REPAIR ATTEMPT: ===================== The second repair attempt was a little better. They successfully painted over the scratch, however they also managed to add a whole host of other new scratches in the paint surrounding the repair. This was unacceptable, so I sent the car back in to be repaired once more. THIRD REPAIR ATTEMPT: ==================== The third repair attempt was absolutely flawless... for the area that was due to be repaired. However, they successfully painted _in_ dirt to the areas above and below the rear bumper. This resulted in a hilariously "pitted" look, and running fingers over the entire rear bumper was akin to running your fingers over gravel. FOURTH REPAIR ATTEMPT: ===================== The fourth repair attempt. Well, what can I say. They were able to paint over some of the imperfections from before, and they were kind of able to remove the pitted look. However, as soon as it was properly daylight, I saw the significant problem -- they had simply painted over the _other_ paint, the one which didn't match properly. So, we now are left with a rear bumper that is looking a little bit like a leopard. They also scratched up the area so very badly that it looks like they took a piece of sandpaper to it and simply buffed it away. It's actually pretty awful. So, what happens after all this you might ask? I receive a call from Joe Henson of Rairdon's, informing me that "they've had the vehicle in 4 times" and as such "they cannot do anything else". While saying they "may" be able to compensate me by throwing in "service" rewards... like I would ever, ever return there for service! Throughout all of this, the GSM, Kevin Graham, has remained absolutely silent. It seems he's fit to lead from behind rather than battle it out on the frontline. I have now decided to pay for the stupid repair myself, taking it a reputable body shop whom I know will do a decent job. I have initiated a complaint with the Attorney General's office and, once the repair is complete, I'm going to be filing suit against Rairdon's and claiming damages to at least cover the cost of repair. Absolutely awful dealership. Oh, and one final thing. When you promise a customer it's completely fine to take a loan over a 72 month period, only to actually establish you've signed an 80 month loan --- that's not at all cool. Ever. Seriously, stay away from this dealership. I highly recommend Autonation Jeep Bellevue for your Jeep needs!Dishonest Dealership
by deltawing on 02/24/2016They advertised a cash card for test driving their cars and since I was in the market for a car, I went in. I test drove a couple of cars I was interested in and asked for my cash card. They said they would send it to me. It never showed… up. I called several times and they said they would take care of it, but no cash card showed up. Thank goodness I didn't purchase my car there. I ended up buying a Ford at Bowen Scarff Ford. They did what they said they were going to do and kept their promises and then some. If Rairons can't honor a simple offer, how can you trust them with a huge investment let alone servicing your vehicle there. A friend of mine warned me. I should have heeded his advice and not waste my time with Rairdons.Terrible service, questionable practices...
by BigSilverJK on 12/08/2015Another terrible experience at Rairdon's Jeep of Kirkland, but this will at least be the last time... I've been a sales and service customer here since I purchased my 2012 Jeep here new. The vehicle has had ongoing issues with squealing… coming from the engine since its first oil change. After replacing multiple components numerous times for the same issue, they have now decided it needs an alternator (the one thing that wasn't replaced during all of the other attempted repairs) and refuse to cover it under warranty. Now if this was caused by abuse or neglect I would completely expect to have to pay out of pocket for the repairs... same for maintenance, but absolutely not for an ongoing warranty issue. After reminding them of the ongoing issues they still completely refused to help. The manager (with the authority to resolve the issue) was busy all morning and couldn't be bothered. I guess I'll have to find a new (non-Rairdon's) dealer for all my maintenance and service and I guess they'll have to find another sucker to take advantage of... Be warned this dealer, will NOT stand behind their product or services. *UPDATE* Rairdon's service manager called me back to discuss the situation. She said that she reviewed my service history as well as this review. After lecturing me a bit about "how things work", she explained that they would NOT be willing to assist me further. So here's what you get to look forward to here at Rairdon's... Terrible service followed by more terrible service after you complain. Do yourself a favor and find a good, reputable Jeep dealer. There's plenty of them out there, just make sure Rairdon's is not in the name.Mislead.
by mjjohnson on 11/19/2015My wife wanted a new Jeep Cherokee so we shopped around and found the exact one up at Rairdon's in Kirkland at a very good price. I called ahead to insure that the vehicle was still available because we live in Olympia. It was, so my wife,… my 4 year old and myself make the trip up to purchase the Jeep. We arrive and the vehicle was out right in front waiting for us. We were supposed to meet with James but he was busy and had set up that Mark would help us. My wife drives it and likes it. I tell him that we wanted to trade in our 2011 Jeep Compass. He checks it out which entailed him checking the vin and mileage. This is where I knew I was in for some trouble. I asked him if he was going to look at it because I would think it would be hard to value a car without actually looking at it and driving it. He then glanced it over. We go inside and sit at the desk and he asks which name should be first? I looked at the paper he was writing on and it was a loan application. I told him that we were already approved through our credit union and that the value of the trade in should come first because it was a deal breaker. He leaves and comes back and gives me a number of $6,000. This is where it might be useful to look at and drive the car because it is in almost flawless condition with every service and new tires. I told him that I knew the Jeep Cherokee was priced at a screaming deal and wasn't even going to try to negotiate that price but my absolute bottom on the trade is $7,500 and if that wouldn't work we could save each other some time and we wouldn't make a deal. He comes back with $7,000. Getting closer but I explain that in the past six months I just put darn near $1,000 in new tires and new brakes on the car and I couldn't do $7,000. He then leaves and comes back with numbers regarding interest rate and length and it still had my trade at $7,000. I told him, (only because my wife really wanted the car), that I would go down to $7,300. He has me initial it, which always makes me smile, and he leaves again and comes back with a new payment/term. I have done my research and know that the number was high. This is where I see a charge for some car sealant and etching for $1,800. This is the product that Mark had said multiple time was included. I told him that I had purchased in the past but really had no use for but if it was INCLUDED (to me means part of the price, not additional) then fine. I told him that I didn't want it and he stated "that all cars from this dealership come with this and that we couldn't do the deal without that charge". I thanked him for his time and we left. I receive a call approximately a half an hour later from James stating that he was sorry that he was busy and that we couldn't come to a deal but please keep them in mind in the future. After hanging up, I couldn't get the mandatory $1,800 charge for etching and sealant out of my head so I called him back and asked if all cars at the dealership had this at he stated , yes. I thanked him and said goodbye. This is a copy of the internet ad: 2016 Jeep New Cherokee Latitude MSRP: $26,190 Internet Price: $20,771 You Save: $5,419 Body Style: 4D Sport Utility Model Code: KLTM74 Engine: 4 Cyl - 2.4L 4-Cylinder SOHC L Transmission: Automatic Drive Type: FWD Ext. Color: Bright White Clearcoat Int. Color: Black City 22 Estimated MPG Hwy 31 Can anybody tell me where a reasonable person can assume there is an additional $1,800 for a sealant/etching? An included service is included in the price, not at a ridiculous premium. I would bet just about anything that this service is offered but not required on all vehicles sold at Rairdon's. I know I purchased the same service at Tacoma Jeep five years ago for $800 but it was offered not required. I feel extremely mislead. My wife was disappointed and my child had to endure a five hour journey for no reason. Thanks again, Rairdon.Bait and switch
by Djnseattle on 10/17/2015Went there to see a vehicle on sale it was sold five minutes before we got there the classic bait and switch techniqueBad impressions right off the bat
by dmobot on 07/10/2015I will preface my review by stating that I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, so my experience is extremely limited compared to others who have been through the entire car-buying process with Rairdon's. That being said, it… took me less than 5 minutes for this dealership to leave a horrible first impression. I walked in (after browsing the online inventory) looking to test drive a 2015 Challenger with a manual transmission (there were 2 listed in the online inventory I had checked earlier that day). When I was greeted I informed the salesman of the exact model and trim I was interested in test driving. The stick shift Challengers were no longer on the lot (no problem, the dealership looked pretty busy so I can't blame them if the cars were out on a test drive or had been sold). The salesman asked me some fact finding questions to get an idea of what I wanted, and went to talk to the sales manager to get some keys (so far so good). The sales guy came back from his conversation with his sales manager telling me we could only take a test drive around the block because the sales manager told him I was not a priority (due to the fact my buying time frame was within 12 months). Now let me break down my reaction: I am in sales, so I understand why the manager said I am not a priority (the dealership was busy and there was no way I was buying a car that day). However, you should always always always always make your customers and prospects feel appreciated and wanted. By labeling a potential future customer as 'not a priority', Rairdon's made a horrible first impression that leads me to believe they treat their loyal customers in a similar fashion. I couldn't imagine buying a car from these people, let alone taking said car in for service. It's a shame they goofed up their first impression so bad, because now I will be taking my cash to another dealership. After reading the other reviews of this place, I'm not surprised it has such poor reviews. From my experience, stay away from the Rairdon name.Stephen Bruneau
by yaker1 on 11/01/2014Ask for Steve Bruneau, he's an excellent salesman and we thoroughly enjoyed our car purchase experience with him, no hassles, no gimmicks. Excellent prices and service. Bought a 2014 Dodge Caravan and will send others his way.Dealer using recall notices for Sales tactics
by mars13 on 07/12/2014Describe my experience today: SLIMY! Called to inquire about a recall notice received in the mail, told that I'd need an appointment with a Kevin. Once there for the appointment I was directed to a desk where a guy was calling himself the… Chrysler recall specialist, I was then told how my 2011 Jeep Overland Summit was possibly unsafe to drive due to possible brake failure. Because the parts needed for the repair are currently unavailable they wouldn't be able to perform the inspection or repair at that time but they would be able to put my vehicle on the waiting list if I signed a recall form he put in front of me. I refused to sign it, and was told I couldn't be put on the waiting list until I did so. But I had a few options, drive a possibly unsafe car that the brakes could fail at anytime, or I should consider all the improvements that have been made to the 2012 and newer years, or, just park it until the parts are available. Any car dealership that would allow this man, whoever he was, to set up a temporary desk in middle of the showroom floor, and refer to himself as a recall specialist who works for Chrysler. This was all done in front of other sales staff and management. Wow! What other kind of sleazy, slimy sales tactics go on at this place mid day, mid week and in the middle of the dealership floor. I am still in disbelief that this happened to me today. A few calls to other dealerships confirmed my suspicion that this was just bull crap pulled at this Kirkland dealership. 7/10/2014Stay Away From This Place!!!!!
by carbuyer110 on 11/24/2010Although there are already several negative reviews regarding this dealership, I felt that I needed to put my two cents in as well. These people are total [violative content deleted]. Bait and switch, as well as full out lying. Do not… believe a word that these folks tell you, because everything will change once you get into the finance office. Do yourself a favor, and stay away. It's not worth the headache, not to mention being ripped off. I hope the AG's office will shut this operation down soon. Nothing but a bunch of [violative content deleted]. No wonder Chrysler is on the ropes.
