  • Bed extender was easy

    I ordered a bed extender from Parts and then the Service department installed the parts. I had to wait about 2 hrs but that was ok for me.

    Thank you, as usual the Service Chester Bradley provided was excellent!! We went in for an oil change and maintenance Chet was professional friendly, knowledgeable. and provided answerers to all our questions. It was discovered there were rodent droppings and nest in the cabin filter. It was screened off and the Air Vent was disinfected. Thank you, Jonhathan Edwards for that work.

    Wyatt from Heartland Toyota did an excellent job taking care of me when I brought my Prius in for an oil and filter change. He recommended upgrading the service call to my 30 month maintenance check which was more than an oil and filter change. It was covered under my extended maintenance contract.

  • Untrustworthy, incompetent and a waste of time.

    On the 10th of June 2022 my wife and I went to the Heartland Toyota Dealership in Bremerton to have our 2012 Prius checked out due to some display lights. The service department did a check and said we had a failing master solenoid in the brake system. They assured us that the car was still safe to drive and then said that since they did not have the part on site that they would have to order the part. They could not tell us the date since the part was back ordered. They made it sound like this nags never happened before and that was why they didn’t have the part. Week by week we would call and they would explain that the part was still back ordered. Months of this went by and finally we were able to get a new answer. They have the part and we scheduled an appointment. We came at 1055 for the 1100 appointment on the 9th of September to Heartland Toyota Dealership in Bremerton. The assistant service manager quickly found our appointment yet seemed confused. The assistant service manager took our key and said they would do their best to have it completed within the same day but no promises. Thirty minutes later we get a call from the assistant service manager about how the part is not on site and it is still back ordered. We return thirty minutes after the phone call and they do not have our car ready for pick up and needed over an hour to try and return our money for the parts that we paid for yet never received. After waiting for over an hour at Heartland Toyota Dealer in Bremerton, they then said that since the payment was so long ago they did not know how to return the money. As if this was our fault. We left telling them to mail the check to our address. The Assistant Service Manager was even laughing at my frustration with their incompetence. The attitude of the dealership was uncaring and completely comfortable with how they were treating us. They made no effort to correct the situation. The excessive amount of effort to constantly check on statuses and lack of effort for the dealership to complete their end of the business was astounding. Had we not been so persistent, I believe that Heartland Toyota Dealership in Bremerton would have never ordered the part and contacted us for the repair or returned our money. I have zero trust with this dealership and will not be trusting them to ensure that my family is safe on the road. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

  • Heartland Toyota Service Review

    Although I live near Fort Lewis, I have driven an hour each way and across a toll bridge for service at Heartland Toyota in Bremerton ever since I bought my certified used car there. The service has always exceeded my expectations, and although the most recent service took longer than expected, the wait was no problem at all in the most pleasant and customer-friendly waiting area I have been in. On my arrival I was seen very quickly, and given coupons for a free beverage or pastry for both me and my wife, and the service writer actually seemed to be happy that we were there. I have used other dealer service departments in the past, much nearer my home, but the fact that I repeatedly return to this one tells how it compares with the others.

    Heartland Toyota has the best employees. My service advisor Susan Lake did a great job! I got a coffee,my oil changed, and a free car wash. This was the best service visit ever.

    Hello My name is Will Leopold, I have lost faith in the Toyota dealership service department. I originally came from santa maria where I purschased a CV boot service, during my duration in santa maria I learned that the dealership doesn't care and I shortly discovered this up in washington as well, to make my long story quite short. I came to this dealership repair department to correct the dificiency that the sister toyota dealership couldn't correct. My time is beyond value because I am a United States Sailor and whatever time I get to myself is wasted all because toyota as a whole can't do the job correctly the first time. I have been into toyota over the past 5 months about every saturday to get the CV boot fixed and each time it does take approx. 5hrs. Numerous stories and comments have been stated to me about the service that has been done. one of them not to long ago was "service has noticed old grease and we cleaned it up, we must have not cleaned up the work that was done last time"(I just went on leave drove to california and back... I assure you that the grease is not old if it developes in 3 days....) my latest comment did upset me, and i quote "We must like you coming back, because the parts department ordered the wrong part." I see this insulting. Why can't they even communicate within the dealership to get the needed component? Do they really want to see my face every saturday for ongoing failures to perform the job right? I dont want to come back more than I need really!! Please someone hear me at Toyota and don't let this happen to other peopleor to me further. I understand you need guests to continue coming in and getting services but what has been done to me is wrong and needs to be reevaluated, and that is why I will not be getting cars or services done with Toyota any further, I will walk in and purchase a part if I need. Not a part that is recommended... Thankyou for [violative content deleted] ---Will

    I own a 2006 Highlander. Which required the 60K maintence package. Heartland was like no other dealership service I have ever visited. They took care of everything for me from loaner car to free lattes... The important thing is they knew what was needed and never tried to look for any more costly maintenance items... They were honest !!! I was always worried about dealership maintenace over charging or, just not caring about my wallet. Heartland changed all that for me... I was so impressed with the service I tols every neighbor I had how great it was. Thank You Heartland !!! What a great Team !!!

    I always use Heartland Toyota for service on my 2002 Tundra, and have had exceptional service every time. Free latte, free wi-fi so that I can work on my laptop while I wait, friendly and helpful staff and considerably less expensive than the other mechanics in my area - I don't go anywhere else.

    The other week, I brought my 2008 Avalon for re-call service and an oil change at Heartland Toyota. Inspite of all the re-call going on with toyotas, and the difficulties experience by he dealership, I can tell you that this dealership is diffierent. The minute you pull in the service bay, the service dvisors are rght there gretting you with smile. besides knowing most of this people from previous services, they always have that smile and enthusiastic attitudes. they even offer you free lathe and car wash. when they promised you something, they usually keep it. they even offer you a free loner if its warrantee related. whenever my toyotas need servicing, I always look forward to Heartland Toyota. I wish to thnk all the service advisos and the mechanics for doing a great job and taking care of us, the customers. Toyotas are still number one. Thanks, Phil Wilson

    When this recall came to light I called Heartland Toyota immediately and they responded quickly and positively. The assistant service managers were quick getting me in for the work. They let me walk back and talk to the Technician doing the work on the recall and he showed me what he was doing and explained the fix thoroughly. Now I have great peace of mind that this recall is a simple one and one that I need not worry about. They did the work quickly and professionally. I was able to get a free latte while they washed and vacuumed my car. What great service. I will be back again. Thank you Heartland Toyota! .
  • premium respect, attitude, delivery, results exhaust manifold repair tundra

    All at once my new tundra, 5,500 miles, had lost power and noisey exhaust from the manifold area. It sounded like a 25 year old rusty beater truck used for hauling junk. They kept it ove the weekend and told me they found the problem and it was a known issue with the 2007 - 2009 tundras. they installed new updated exhaust manifolds and the engine power and sound are back to normal. That was expected with a new vehicle. What is not always delivered though is the excellent courtesy and dignity they showed me in every phase of the service from the loaner vehicle, free premium coffee beverages ... 1st class experience. it was weird that this just happened last week at the start of the gas pedal debacle and I was double concerned about having 2 recalls on my truck in addition to the powertrain going bad. My confidense in Toyota was bolsterd by that service treatment. Even though i am concerned that a new vehicle is already having issues and serious problems, I still might make Toyota purchases in the future. I traded in that tundra for a Dodge Ram 2500 truck the same day I picked it up from the toyota dealer service due to concerns mentioned above.

    The needed and additional requested services were provided and completed in a most timely manner. The vehicle was washed and ready to go before it was promised. The bill was as on target with the intake estimate. No negative surprises auto service is hard to find.

    I have had our two Toyotas serviced by Scott Moritz for the past three years and I have always had exceptional "above and beyond" service. But, todays experience was impressive. My job requires considerable travel and with my wife's new job, time has become even more precious. Scott took my call this morning about a minor service issue and provided a prompt accurate inexpensive solution. Most importantly, I was in and out of the dealership in quickly and got back home to my family. The entire experience at Heartland has always been great. We bought both of our cars there and will continue to buy and service all of our cars with Scott and Heartland.

    The service department is first class. Easy to check in and out, and the Cafe they have is comfortable to relax with your free latte. The service staff at Heartland Toyota are all great people too. They make everything so easy, they are very efficient. I had specific questions concerning how my Hybrid works and all of my questions were answered by David Brook, Master Technician. He is an incredible person to talk with. Thank you David. Thank you Heartland Toyota service staff... and thank you for a great free latte every time I have come in. You are the best!
