The service department is first class. Easy to check in and out, and the Cafe they have is comfortable to relax with your free latte. The service staff at Heartland Toyota are all great people too. They make everything so easy, they are very efficient. I had specific questions concerning how my Hybrid works and all of my questions were answered by David Brook, Master Technician.
