by Peter Perweiler on 01/03/2020Recently, I stopped in to look at a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. I was met by Said Hashemi, who was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My wife and I never felt pressured into anything. Said gave my wife and I time and space to discuss our… options and even ordered pizzas for my family since it was near dinner time and our kids were getting hungry. In the end, we purchased the Pacifica and it has exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Lindsay Chrysler and Said Hashemi.Bought 2500

Lindsay Jeep salesperson Cherif Fall
by Lindsay Jeep on 12/28/2019We went into Lindsay Jeep on Christmas Eve. Once we parked we were greeted by Cherif Fall. He asked us what we were looking for and he took us right over to the jeeps. We had had an idea of what we wanted and he got the keys for the Jeep… for a test drive. Cherif is very tall ,and even insisted on getting into the back seat of the Jeep so my husband could ride in the front seat. We ended up purchasing the Jeep and he was with us every step of the way. It is hard to find people with the wonderful personality and sense of pride in his job that Cherif has. He won me over right away and I will be referring my friends, family & clients to Cherif & Lindsay Jeep!! What an amazing job by everyone at Lindsay Jeep from Cherif all the way to signing. by Lack of Customer Service on 12/08/2019Purchase a Cherokee on 11/22 and returned to dealer when I finally realized that vehicle purchased did not have desired functionality with equipment. Several emails to sales associate, customer care professional and phone call to sales… manager went unanswered. U connect folks finally explained that my vehicle did not have the desired function. Returned to dealer 2 weeks after purchase to find out it would cost thousands of dollars more to replace vehicle with one containing desired equipment. Thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend dealer if looking to purchase new vehicle.Thank you for alerting us of this issue. Gladiator Review

The initial thought was to follow my research and a get hands on experience with the Gladiator. My father has issues with steps and I wanted to make sure he could enter… and exit the Gladiator without issue, for example. Garrett took his time, listened to my concerns, shared experiences from other customers and provided his experiences of the vehicle. After talking about the additional options, I was looking for in the vehicle, Garrett was up front about what I would expect to pay. It was a little more than I wanted to afford. He encouraged me to take some time and review what we had experienced from the day. After looking over the vehicles on the lot, there was one that was set up with the options I was looking for. Garrett was also keeping his eyes on possible options at my price range. I decided to contact Garrett about one on the lot to test drive Garrett located the vehicle, in the rain, and had it ready for a test drive. He allowed us time to find the best way for my father to get in and out the vehicle. He let us test drive the vehicle on the roads we wanted and even suggested we go to a reserve lot without pavement to feel how the suspension in the Gladiator is different than the Wrangler, I use to own. The test drive lead me to consider buying the vehicle. We left the dealership without pressure and I took my parents to lunch, discussed the Gladiator and decided to speak with Garrett about a purchase. I texted Garrett and he made availability that afternoon to talk. Garret and I communicated through text and It was perfect communication. He did not pester me one time about my thoughts, put pressure on me about buying now and threaten me about another customer looking at the vehicle. We were very open and honest about The who, what, when, where and why about buying a Gladiator. Once contacting Garrett about the Gladiator, we had discussions about the advertised price. I had a trade and a target price to reach. I had a specific amount to put down with a certain monthly payment to reach. I, honestly did not think Garrett and management would be able to meet that. After a few hours and reworking options, I am a PROUD JEEP GLADIATOR OWNER. I know the process is not simple and profits have to be made in business but I did feel like Garrett and the whole team at Lindsay we’re working for me as a customer who had done his research with hard finance numbers to reach. Garrett was perfect with communication, information and a positive attitude in getting the deal done. I wanted to buy from Lindsay because they are local to me and now with the service plans, I can feel assured my Gladiator will be taken care of for many years. Service department is dishonest with pricing

I have a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with an extended warranty, when I took it in for a check engine light after dropping off the Service Manager TOM informed me that it needed a new battery and… the cost to me would be $480.00. I inform him I have never paid $480 for a car battery in my life He then said that the amount was wrong and they could do it for $399.00 When I asked him about the warranty he said is was some Korean battery with a 1 year warranty. I told them to forget it and I took it to NTB and paid $165.00 for an excellent battery with a 5 year replacement warranty. by Kiersten on 10/26/2019Their D rating on Better Business Bureau has been well earned. I contacted Lindsay about a car listed on CarGurus. Showed up for an appointment with Garrett, who conveniently wasn't there. We were set up with another salesman, and spent 2… hrs test driving and filling out paperwork. I was fully prepared to pay the price that this vehicle was (and still is) listed for, but at the very end the salesman said that the car is actually $2,000 more than listed. He rudely turned us away when we expressed our confusion. I reached out to Garrett via email to tell him about my disappointment, but said that I was still willing to purchase the car for the advertised price. It was not until we emailed again saying that we contacted a lawyer for what we believe is auto fraud that the manager called and said that he and Garrett are sincerely sorry (despite never responding to my 1st email) and would contact me later to fix the issue. I haven't heard back from them. Nothing but lies & fake apologies.Kiersten, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with us. Horrible experience
by Viki on 10/16/2019Ok ,it's time to write the truth after several attempts to fix the issue with this dealership. I inquired about a car and the sales consultant Hassan Abukoush immediately called me to come see the car. He insisted with calls constantly… until i got there. I have to mention that i told him that was coming from two hours away and I'm 9 months pregnant so he can tell me all the details before i get there. I asked if the car has automatic doors and he confirmed that it is. When i got there, the doors were not automatic and he said " I thought you were talking about windows" ..Really?? Ok ,since i was already there ,mad after all, i decided to look at another car that's got automatic doors. When i saw the car that i wanted it was all dirty with a spot on the leather seat. He assured me that while we are doing the ppwork the car will be detailed. I trusted him and went ahead with the ppwork. It was really dark outside when we finished ppwork. Couldn't see much about car details. I left home on another 2h drive home. In the morning when i looked in the car I was shocked! It was super dirty with left over food in the cup holders, sand everywhere and the spot on the leather seat still there. I called and complained. They told me to come back and the issue will be solved. I told him clearly that I will be able to make no more then one trip for this issue due to risking having the baby on the way to Manassas. I got there after making another appointment with them and losing my work day , and they did the detailing that looked unprofessional with dust still everywhere, but my main concern was that the spot on the leather seat was not dirt ,it was leather damage. Then I told them that I would like to exchange the car the same day so i don't have to come again. Their website mentions " 3day exchange, no question asked " and that's when they started lying telling me that it is exchange only for mechanical issues. Well, what's saying on there doesn't match their words so they absolutely ignored my request. I told them that I can't come back. It's too risky for me to be on the road. Either they fix it same day, or exchange the car. None of these were applied. I requested to fix the car seat in my city and for them to pay the bill. They eventually wanted to get rid of me and agreed to it telling me to go and send them an estimate. I sent them an estimate the next day that was $409 to fix the leather seat and they refused to what we have agreed stating that they could fix it for $75 and I should come back. That's when it got out of control after telling them that I'm unable to travel anymore. At this point everyone is literally ignoring my messages, calls and emails. The most unprofessional business i could ever dealt with. They ignore you after they get your money. Never do business with these people. I have all the messages that are proving what I wrote here. The most dishonest dealership. The managers won't even care to call back after several messages left to return my call. Another sales consultant trying to cover everyone called me , Said Hashemi, that eventually made it look like he's helping me, but also after i explained everything he told me that Hassan will come pick up my car to get it to Manassas to fix it and bring it back , now he is ignoring my messages and calls too. Worst ! Worst! Worst ! Do not go there for any business with them!Viki, we have seen this review and are concerned with the experience you described. I live about 4 hours away from this location but the experience I had with Theresa made it all worth it. Theresa kept in contact with me throughout… the entire process to make sure that I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted(Chevy Traverse). She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I really appreciate her hardwork and dedication to me as a consumer and I would recommend her to anyone. If you are ever at Lindsay...ask for Theresa Shepard...you won't regret it!!!Fantastic! Shady and unprofessional ... do not buy from this business!
by Neff on 10/06/2019Worst car buying experience to date! We paid $30,000 for a used SUV and didn’t even make it 24 hours without something going wrong! Took it back to the dealership and was basically told ... it’s yours. The sign in the window was dealer… warranty 100% covered for frost 90 days or 3,000 miles and no one could do anything about it. The sales staff has no clue about service or what is offered. Was pushed to the side so they could slam through another customer. You are nothing but a commission and they didn’t care about the vehicle that was sold or the fact that they had an issue in a car they sold yesterday! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.
by ZF on 09/29/2019Do not let their slogan fool you. There is nothing that you will love about Lindsay. I completely agree with the review left by CVM on 8/23/19. I went in to see what I could do about a vehicle that I was upside down on and was promised a… sale price and monthly payment that I was comfortable with for a new vehicle in the initial phase. Once I got to finance, the process was rushed, confusing and shady. Worst part is that they sold me a Jeep Renegade for $10k more than they said initially, so I am now in a worst predicament then I started in. Not to mention, they did not provide me with all of the legal documents I signed (to include the breakdown of my transaction). After sales, they will give you the runaround and make you feel as though you are stuck. Management is horrible and their customer service is mediocre. They lost a great and loyal customer and many more to come because I will ensure my friends and family learn of my experience. by CVM on 08/23/2019I went to purchase a new 2019 Jeep Rubicon but instead knowingly they handed me a defective one. They lied on several counts, horrible after-sales support and rude treatment. Gave me tough time to get it repaired. I had to file an… arbitration case against them. I was lucky enough to win that case and return the Jeep back to Lindsay. After sales, nobody will respond to your email, phone calls and talk to you properly. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSAY MANASSAS DEALERSHIP.We are not pleased to hear of the incident you've described in this review.
