onPurchase a Cherokee on 11/22 and returned to dealer when I finally realized that vehicle purchased did not have desired functionality with equipment. Several emails to sales associate, customer care professional and phone call to sales manager went unanswered. U connect folks finally explained that my vehicle did not have the desired function. Returned to dealer 2 weeks after purchase to find out it would cost thousands of dollars more to replace vehicle with one containing desired equipment. Thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Would not recommend dealer if looking to purchase new vehicle.
