by vetstudent on 08/13/2019First just go look at the BBB review (Better Business Bureau). There is a reason for this. After my insurance appraiser and the dealership service rep, Brad had met and agreed on a price, my appraiser called me letting me know he… recommended full coverage of the damage. I called my insurance and they let me know the agreed-upon price and that full coverage, minus my deductible, was approved. When I went to pick up my car, I was charged the extra one thousand dollars and having never dealt with insurance, I was told by Brad that I could just present the bill to my insurance and be paid back. I had told Brad that I was fully covered, how much the deductible was, and how much I was being paid when I let him know that he could start repairs. At the end of this when I was trying to figure out what happened after insurance said they couldn't pay more money than what was agreed upon, Brad told me he had never seen an agreement for the lower price from the appraiser. I talked with the appraiser and he got Brad to admit that he did agree with it, that after the appraiser left that his manager made him raise the price and not tell anyone, and Brad also told my insurance company that I specifically agreed to pay the extra $1000 out of pocket. There is also a large dent in my door and now that I am trying to get these two matters resolved, they put me on indefinite hold when I call and have blocked USAA, my insurance company. Do not go here. I am now out a week and a half's worth of pay and this dealership and its managers will lie to you.We want to learn more regarding your recent visit as your experience does not reflect our values. He showed us multiple options and then showed us what would work best in… the budget that my wife and I were working with. Worst car buying experience ever!
by Angryman on 07/14/2019I will never buy a car here again or recommend anyone. They tell you what you want you to hear and that's it. I have been to this dealership 4 times and only had my car a month. Keep in mind I live an hour away. On one of my many times to… pick up my car the sales guy didn't even look at it. The receptionist gave me my keys, no paper work or anything. On the original sales ticket they were supposed to remove some minor scratches... they are still there. My muffler tip needed to be clamped.... it's still hanging. The smart shield was supposed to be applied... never applied! I wiped my finger under my spoiler to show him a finger full of black dirt. My car wasn't even cleaned. All of these things were marked completed on my paper work but not physically done to my car. I've spoken to 3 "managers" all of whom apologized multiple times. They do a great job at apologizing but not a great job of honoring what they say they did. I've been getting the run around for a month! The one star is because I had to and because they had pizza one day. What kind of outfit are you guys running?Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is very concerning to us. Dream Wrangler Purchase Ruined.
by TheSanders4 on 06/05/2019updated 06/10/2019Wife went in to purchase her dream Wrangler and the entire experience with Lindsay was very unsatisfactory. The salesman was super pushy. Several times he argued with me when I said we were going to leave. Saying he didn’t want the jeep… to be gone. It had already been there for 60 days, it wasn’t going anyway. He also didn't let us drive the Jeep without him being in the car. She is 40 and I am 49. Sorry, other dealerships are fine with letting grown adults test drive with out the presence of a salesman. The pricing was very shady as numbers were danced around, and I still think they started from a higher number than what was listed on the Internet and think they overcharged for the Jeep. Then the worst experience possible the entire night occurred once were handing off to the finance person, Mo. We made the mistake of wanting a specific monthly payment. However, he straight up lied and said the 3,500 warranty price included the maintenance and Gap insurance. He never went over the numbers with my wife, since she was getting the Jeep she wanted and it “appeared” to meet her monthly payment we assumed it was ok and of course the pushy finance person kept handing the papers for her to sign. We understand it was our bad not looking more closely at his lies. The next night I noticed the 2,000 added for Maintenance, which I said I don’t need anyway, but he said was all included, and the 800 GAP insurance. He also snuck in 900 for Wheel and Tire warranty that wasn’t even mentioned, which was found the following night while we were back there to remove all the add-ons the lying Mo added. After canceling roughly 7k or add-ons, I am guessing Apple Financing didn’t approve the loan as it was and they sent new contract loans with our Bank. It ended up being a better percentage rate and monthly payment. However, I still think they overcharged for the Jeep, and definitely tried to pull a fast one on my wife. I wish dealerships would actually operate with some morals and scruples. I know they need to make money to survive, but you shouldn’t have to feel like you were robbed when you walked away. The Jeep received two “details”. One the night we purchased it and one when we were canceling the add ons the financing person tried to sneak into the contract. Both times it was still dirty and I don’t think they know how to clean the interior of a vehicle. The night we brought it home I had to clean the dash, the windows, and the seats a well as the carpet so my wife would have a somewhat clean vehicle to drive to work. I will always try to avoid Lindsay like the plague and will tell all my friends on youtube, twitter, and facebook to do the same. Dealerships shouldn’t operate like this. It is wrong and shameful Unfortunately we signed the paperwork and Laws don't protect the purchaser and only protects the slimy dealerships that take advantage of people that try to give people the benefit of the doubt.Great people and Great service

Worst service and maintance center
by sharkasi90 on 02/26/2019Took my Dodge Caravan in for inspection, oil change and check on tire pressure light. After 3 1/2 hours waiting, I get the bill for the inspection only. I questioned about the oil change, told not listed. Turns out the young gentleman… who took the van from me forgot to write it down. Service manager didn't even try to assist, even after the person informed him that it was his mistake about not writing it down. Service manager then requests that I leave the dealership because he accused me of yelling at the employees. my voice may have been loud, but yours would be too if you had waited all this time and not received the service you requested. The service manger also heard the young gentleman apologize to me for forgetting to write it done on the service order. If you want consumers to buy from you, the sale of a vehicle is not a statement of your service. It's the service after the sale that counts, especially when it comes to maintenance of the vehicle. If the service department takes care of you and your vehicle, you will always think of that dealership first when it comes time to purchasing a new vehicleGreat experience

Upfront and fast

I called on a Friday evening and asked for an appointment first thing when they opened the next morning. The sales rep had the three cars I saw online gassed up… and ready when we arrived. I told him we had limited time and he was respectful but helpful without being pushy, which was key. I cannot day enough nice things about Tony Torres. He offered help when needed but let my husband and I debate when we needed. We had a budget and first looked at used and he never tried to upsale us, which I appreciated. Once we left we searched online at other dealerships and found Lindsay's online prices to be the best. We again made an appointment the next morning for a new van we decided upon. The sales manager not only honored the online price with military discounts but helped us with out of state taxes as well. While the purchase was fast I didn't feel rushed, which was key.Fantastic! Great car buying experience at this place!

My wife wanted to trade in our Audi Q7 for a mini-van (happy wife, happy life) so we decided on the… Pacifica. We're from Maryland and searched all over for the right color and features and Lindsay had our 17 Pacifica Limited. Our sales rep (no longer working there) was great to work with and John, the sales manager did everything right to make me feel like a valued customer. The gave me a very good deal for my trade-in and worked with me on the price of the Pacifica. Terrible

I just purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass trailhawk I've been in and out of shop since I've… purchased the vehicle and now I need a new engine.. but get this it's not a new engine.. it's refurbished engine. Do not recommend this site or anyone here to anyone I know. The cars are unreliable and people unhelpful. Update guys my cars been in the shop for 2 weeks and they said it would be ready today... nope not ready. This place is a joke.Lindsay went above and beyond for us
