Do not let their slogan fool you. There is nothing that you will love about Lindsay. I completely agree with the review left by CVM on 8/23/19. I went in to see what I could do about a vehicle that I was upside down on and was promised a sale price and monthly payment that I was comfortable with for a new vehicle in the initial phase. Once I got to finance, the process was rushed, confusing and shady. Worst part is that they sold me a Jeep Renegade for $10k more than they said initially, so I am now in a worst predicament then I started in. Not to mention, they did not provide me with all of the legal documents I signed (to include the breakdown of my transaction). After sales, they will give you the runaround and make you feel as though you are stuck. Management is horrible and their customer service is mediocre. They lost a great and loyal customer and many more to come because I will ensure my friends and family learn of my experience. STAY AWAY FROM LINDSAY MANASSAS DEALERSHIP.
