    The Quick Lane is excellent and has always maintained my autos adequately. However, the service department is extremely slow in repairing a vehicle, and the agents do not keep you updated as to the status of a repair. My agent was not helpful and was rarely available when I called for info about my car. My Ford Focus needed a new engine, and the repair is going to take 2 months (the parts have not arrived). I can't get a loaner car because I am "on the list" to get a loaner. I have been without a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks (without a loaner) and the repair will take another 6 weeks. I have to rent a car, even though my extended warranty is supposed to provide a loaner. I am extremely disappointed with Spikes Ford and will never buy from them again.

    Terrib.e experience (again). My car was in their shop 3 days. I phoned 5 times to inquire about the status and was given the run around, transferred from one person to another, with no results. Finally after 3 days they told me to come and get the car because nothing was wrong. This is the last time I will use their service department.

    Very pleased with my recent trip to Spikes Dealership for maintenance on my wife's 2010 Ford Expedition. Shout out to Daniel Giles for a terrific experience. He recommends needed services without being pushy. He makes you feel like you are his only customer. Hope he stays for the long ride.

    Great experience, I was in a hurry and they did everything to speed up the process for me so I could have time to get my kids. Great place to get a nice new Ford. Will definitely be back again.

    They did a great job. They looked up my recalls and told me ahead of time that one would not be done due to my time restraints. I dropped off my car with no issues and they completed the recall and went over everything with me. Customer service was great.

    I was so excited to get into a new Bronco. However, the dealership wouldn’t sell me the Bronco without the added Spikes protection plan for $3000.00. They said if I didn’t buy it with the non negotiable added protection plan, someone else will. “Good luck finding another Bronco!”was my farewell. So disappointed!

    My Edge had a recall--but the replacement parts were not available. The parts failed (as predicted by the Recall). It took a monumental effort on the part of the Spikes team, but they were able to get my car back on the road and still maintain COVID safety protocols as well as a sense of humor and dedication to my needs.

    It is not a good thing when you take a car in for service. But Spike's Ford did everything they could to make it as pleasant as possible. The took me home after I dropped my car off. When it was obvious that my car wasn't going to be done the same day I was offered a loaner. My car was in service for 5 days but Michelle kept me informed of the progress. As always Spike's came through and they did an outstanding job.

    Eric did a great job helping me locate and find my dream car. He was patient through the process and helped answer any and all questions I had. He was very understanding and that made the process that much easier. Pedro helped get things finalized and was also great help. He provided a very detailed walk through of my vehicle and was over all great help. Would definitely recommend them to a friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks Spikes Ford. I love me vehicle.

    Took vehicle in for a service problem and asked for it to be taken to quick lane afterwards. The service advisor did not return my phone calls for two days, the third day I had to drive there to get a status, they said they could not start repairs until three weeks after the parts arrived. I then requested to pick up my vehicle later that day. When I picked it up I got my paperwork from quick-lane saying that it had been oil changed and the tires had been rotated, but the tires were not rotated as requested.
