Poor communication skills

onTook vehicle in for a service problem and asked for it to be taken to quick lane afterwards. The service advisor did not return my phone calls for two days, the third day I had to drive there to get a status, they said they could not start repairs until three weeks after the parts arrived. I then requested to pick up my vehicle later that day. When I picked it up I got my paperwork from quick-lane saying that it had been oil changed and the tires had been rotated, but the tires were not rotated as requested.
