Oil Change
by Lulu Rodrigu on 06/01/2024I made an appointment for 1100. I arrived 10 mins early and was checked in by 1056. The Service Advisor, Carlo advised me that it would take approximately an hr to an hr and half. Carlo also advised that midway my service I would be getting… the outcome of multi-point inspection. At approximately 1235, i went looking for Carlo and asked for an update because i had not received the outcome of the multipoint inspection. He said he would get with the technician and then look for me. He never talked to me again, he sent his trainee to check me out. She explained everything checked out great; however, 5 minutes after I left my tire pressure light turned on! It is now 1606 and I have yet to receive the outcome of that inspection.Thank you for your feedback, please know that we are looking into your concerns and will reply back to you soon.

Consistent Good Service
by Kaptivative on 04/14/2024I drove into the service bay and before I could put the car into park someone was there to greet me and check me in. I did not have an appointment, however I was treated as if I did. It was my plan to leave my vehicle and take the shuttle… back to work, as I was on my lunch break. The shuttle was gone for awhile and my plan was falling a part. My service advisor understood my concern, called me a Lyft driver and got me back to work. If that wasn't good enough, he called me another Lyft driver to pick me up when my car was ready AND he found me an online coupon to lower the cost of my service bill! I've been to other Honda dealerships, but this one is, by far, the best one! This is not the first time I've gotten good service here, however this is my first service review. I feel compelled to do this review since this dealership has performed well over time with consistency. It has become a predictable pattern of good business behavior. That being said, my car is old and it is just about time to past it down to my teenager and purchase another. You can bet your bottom dollar that I won't purchase at any of those other Honda dealerships (Honda of Spring, Cleo Bay Honda). Sterling McCall Honda gets my business 100%.Thank you for sharing your exceptional experience with us at Sterling McCall Honda! Lied to my face / SMH has lost my confidence
by RMCOTTON on 03/13/2024Approved multiple services. Requested focus on brake pads and a flat I filled up myself that morning. Services were quick - totalling $600+. I specifically asked about that tire after services were complete and was told "it was just low on… air". Immediately went down the street to another garage and they were able to hand me the nail that caused the flat. Lied to my face. If someone can just lie to your face about the state of the tires when specifically asked, what other lies was I told about the safety of the car I drive every single day, all day long? I guess that 10% off was to save me time and money when I've got a flat on the side of a freeway. I've lost all confidence in Kingwood Honda.Thank you for informing me about your situation.
